The fried green tomatoes were delicious the dipping sauce made it better. The Cowboy Sirloin really is That GOOD (medium well) tasty, flavorful, tender...delicious. I will most definitely be back when I'm in the area. The ambiance was light, for a Monday! Kudos Kayla and KUDOS to the Chef!!! :) Also, Michael stopped by! Told him how awesome Kayla was!

I am not from this area and wanted a quick dinner before getting back on the road around 8pm on Saturday night on 10/12/19. There were only 3 tables filled and the place was dirty. There was food spilling out of a garbage can behind the counter near where the guy was cooking. All I ordered was a garden omelet and my mom asked for 2 eggs. We had already been waiting 10 minutes when we asked how much longer and were told 15 more minutes! We paid for our coffee and left. No apologies or anything. This place was so sketchy and I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here ever!

We also had a complimentary plate of the Honey Butter Croissants. All of us enjoyed our food. I don't think anyone was able to finish all their food because the servings are large. Our server was great and she checked on us several times. Total bill with tip was about $75 for 5 people. Great deal for lunch. No pics of our food today.

Ok, rubbery bread with cinnamon butter, this is my second day in KY. These places shouldn't be allowed to sell bbq. Their marketing is a disgrace to real BBQ. The twisted mozzarella sticks have so much missed potential. I have no idea how it wasn't warm, the cheese was hard, and the taste was so bland. I drove to this location of Bojangles because I was on business in London, KY; however, London, KY…read moreseems to have a serious layout problem when it comes to planting stop signs at certain side streets and even the entry to this place is kind of questionable. So it is located to the side of a road where the speed limit is like 45 mph (but you know people are going to be booking it at 55 and over) and not only that, the entrance only has a stop sign pointed towards anyone trying to exit out of it (This could easily be mistaken as a one way). Since businesses (and this goes for most businesses in KY) tend to have compartmentalized property, there is only one way in and one way out; there is no entrance if one were to come here through the neighboring McDonald's parking lot. The actual item I decided to get was the cajun filet chicken biscuit because some food website was raving about how it is a #1 item; however, I never noticed the cost of a biscuit. It is like $4.19! So with how expensive a biscuit sandwich is and the fact that it was so dry when I bit into it (tasty but dry); it would make sense why I gave it the rating that I did.

Our waiter was Parker and he was absolutely awesome and very attentive. When we were seated, Parker brought us 2 complimentary piping hot breadsticks with marinara sauce. We were pleased to hear that these were all-you-can-eat because they were very good! They have quite a few lunchtime specials and from 2:00-4:00 (weekdays) all sandwiches are half off. My wife ordered the lasagna and I ordered the House Calzone. The lasagna was a HUGE serving and very tasty. My House Calzone had ham, ground beef, pepperoni, sautéed mushrooms & onions, mozzarella & ricotta cheese. Oh my! How do I describe this deliciousness! Let's just say that after the first bite, I closed my eyes and enjoyed the flavors! The crust is light and fluffy and it had plenty of ingredients. It was big enough for 2 people to share, but (except for the bite that I gave my wife) I devoured the whole thing! Gondolier is what I would call a small chain restaurant. There are a few scattered around (even one in Sevierville, TN) but they are still small enough to always use top quality ingredients and keep their prices very affordable. There use to be one closer to me in Berea, KY, but unfortunately it closed. You may think this crazy to read, but Gondolier has one of the best cheeseburgers that I have ever had! Without a doubt, we will make the 45 minute drive one-way just to go eat at Gobdolier again and again. Located just off exit 41, its an easy stop off of the interstate if you are traveling through the area. These guys are doing it right! Don't miss it and be sure to ask for Parker to be your waiter.
