We waited a week for this company to come for work that should have been covered by our lifetime…read morewarranty. The technician arrived over an hour later than the end time of our window. He did damage to our walls taking down a cornice board that covered the luminette shade we purchased. After he got the number he needed to check on our warranty (not sure what that was about), he informed us that we had to pay to ship the shade back to the manufacturer. In addition he said that it would cost $2,200 to repair the shade. We called the manufacturer back and were told that wasn't the case. The technician told me he was going to a different unit in our building and would come back after he called the phone number and name we provided for the proper service. He left and never came back. We called their store back to be told that the company gave us wrong information. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Further I would seriously consider other companies besides Hunter Douglas for shades.
