We tried to come here on a Saturday around 10am and there was a line so we returned Sunday at 7:30am. No line, but we had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. They may have been waiting on more staff since half the restaurant was empty. Our food was fine but on par with Denny's or Perkins. My potatoes were slightly undercooked and warm at best. Worst part: we came here to use a gift card since we're moving out of the country in three days. Sorry, our machine isn't taking gift cards at this time so just use it next time. We told the manager it only had $10 and she said there was nothing she could do. I found a local couple on our way out and gave it to them. I would not recommend Keke's even without the gift card situation.

I explained the situation and apologized, and instead of making me feel awkward, they asked what they could do to make it right. They told me to come back when I could, and they would take care of it. I went back the next day, explained everything in person, and they were just as gracious. They replaced the food, no problem, and the customer service was outstanding. We ended up getting two pitas with feta, and it was so good I was eating it in the car on the way home. The tea refresh was simply more hot water, NOT a fresh tea bag, so round two was basically flavorless. Ew. The server was really nice, but the long waits to get her attention were frustrating. When I asked for the bottle, she acted like she was irritated because it was "right behind" (me). Where neither of us could see it??? Finally got back and the first taste of the hummus with the oil and garlic and I don't even know what other magic was sprinkled on there was so good, I had to stop myself from gorging on just the pita and hummus and try the schawarma.
