I know 3N is a bakery and they've got a bunch of different breads on display, but my family is a suki here for one reason only, and that is their amazing toasted siopao. Imagine a bread filled with pork and egg, about the same size as pandesal but a lot heavier, and delicously tanned from the oven. That's toasted siopao, and it comes at 9 pesos per piece. Whenever we buy, we buy a bag or two. It usually lasts us a week, since eating just two with some milk or coffee in the morning is enough to fill you up. My whole family is addicted, and we've spread our love to others: there have been a number of occasions when for a relative's birthday we just bought them a bag of around a dozen pieces.
