From the moment Gary took over my case, everything was under control. His level of care, communication, effort, and attention to detail was outstanding. He explained the process clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made sure nothing was missed. As a contractor, I've been recommending Avner Gat Inc. to my customers for years--but this was my first time dealing with an insurance claim personally. After going through this experience myself, I can honestly say I couldn't be more satisfied. This recommendation now comes from personal experience, not just professional trust. Gary provided real peace of mind and fought to secure the coverage I needed so I could put my home back together--quickly and properly. That alone says everything. If you're looking for a Public Adjuster you can truly trust, Gary with Anver Gat Inc, is the real deal. I can't thank you enough.

I hadn't even heard of the profession until a friend suggested I look into it, and that is how I met Robert Cooper at Avner Gat. I cannot recommend Robert highly enough. From start to finish, he was the definition of a professional. He is incredibly kind and maintained a cool, collected demeanor throughout the entire process, which brought a lot of peace of mind during a stressful time. His communication is top-notch, and he was always highly informative. While this was an inconvenient event to deal with, Robert made me feel at ease, and he was able to negotiate what I needed to make the repairs. Robert helped me navigate the complexity by never overpromising; instead, he thoroughly prepared me for every possible outcome. Knowing exactly what to expect made all the difference. Robert is the person you want, I was incredibly lucky to be paired with him it was a truly seamless experience!

The legitimate ones are usually franchised with SAG (the Screen Actor's Guild). But even if they are franchised, it doesn't mean that they are friendly or approachable. And it definitely doesn't mean that they'll treat you with the dignity and respect that every human being deserves. Many people in this town/business are cutthroat animals. I had a meeting with Siona Entrtainment. My experience was quite pleasant. The agents were kind, polite, professional, and they knew their stuff. The office was clean and in great condition. The location was ideal (for me) right in an area of Burbank where parking isn't a headache. If I sign with them or not- it doesn't matter. I simply wanted to give them a positive shout-out on Yelp. If you are an actor looking for representation, I would recommend sending your stuff their way. Of course I'm not promising that you'll get a meeting, but if you do, at least I've given you a head's-up that these folks are legit and professional. Yelp (and other forums) are great for alerting actors about scams, but on the flip side, I feel they important platforms to let people know about the good guys as well.

The senior agent (Ron) works hard to negotiate for your child's pay and I like that. They also took all my concerns and continually works around conflicts in schedules for rehearsals/auditions/performances as well as terms of the contract in personal values and beliefs that we feel as parents we don't want our child to represent or do. He and my manager work quite well together and between them I don't need to be a "stage mom" for my child, just her mom. And that allows me to simply focus on my child and what is for her best interest. They can handle the nitty gritty side of the business for me. They are a small, boutique-style agency that will develop and help your child grow in this business. They do not take a lot and sign just anyone. Their approach it to take a child with that special something/talent and look and have only that one child...rather than your child being 1 out of 100 that look the same in a large agency and be lost amongst the rest with that same look.

If you're lookin' to make some extra…read moredough, plannin' on becomin' the next big superstar in hollywood, or just want to get paid to sit on your ass all day than look no farther.... Cause a life as a background extra is just around the corner! I've been with Jeff Olan castin' since about early Sept 2010. They were the first people that I worked with and have had much success with them thus far that is why I'm excited to Boast. ***If you're new to bein' an extra or thinkin' about signnin' up with them. Just take the plunge. It's a one time fee of $25 bones. You take a headshot and you're in their data base. You call their number and you see what's available and if the producers like their look they will book. It's pretty self-explanatory. Castin' agents: Jeff Olan, Ryan, Milton, Gil, and Vera.. Each individual has their unique style on the phone but Shows: Greys Anatomy, Private Practice, Medium, and Hard times of RJ Berger... (They occasionally have other projects but this is the most consistent. I feel that as an individual of color (Someone who isn't white) especially in Hollyweird can be very very discouraging at times. If you notice on set... The cast and crew is very pre-dominating white. However, you can't let that stop you from achieving your dreams. I feel that through all the casting agents and and calling services Jeff Olan is definitely the most friendly and in terms of caterin to individuals who aren't white such as myself and others. Also, not to knock other places such as Sandi Alessi and Central which are good. But the success rate is just so much harder to get booked and like everything they do pick a lot of favorites. So you gotta try your luck. ***I've gotten 2 sag vouchers from them and even Jeff Olan often times leaves things on the line and shows up on set to see how his extras are doing. In addition, he often leaves some heart-felt messages about life which can be cheesy but I do appreciate the sentiment.... So whether you're tryin' to break into actin' or doing this as a part time gig. If you're lookin' for a place to start I'd suggest Jeff Olan. Cheers and don't forget to leave your name and repeat your number twice so they can contact you.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you end up using Michelle, it will ruin all other agencies for you…read more I am a professional career nanny. I have over seven years of nannying experience, five years of teaching experience, and more. I have a B/S in childhood development as well as my MAT. When I began my search for a nanny-family in LA, I did my due diligence by shopping around looking at multiple agencies. I found that Michelle had the TOP RATED AGENCY ON MULTIPLE SITES and wanted to take a closer look. I read through every. single. review. I thought to myself, "Really? Every single person had a positive experience with this agency? That's just not statistically possible if she's really working with this many people..." I decided to set up a meeting. I drove to her office where we met to discuss particulars (what I'm looking for, what families are in the market for a nanny right now, what ages/salary/commute/hours I'm looking for) and the moment she opened the door and greeted me with a giant smile and her upbeat, positive attitude, I felt like just working with HER was my perfect placement! Once we started the process, Michelle was completely professional while also refreshingly honest and realistic in her suggestions. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and she only suggested me to families that she knew had the potential to be a "love match!" After looking at a few potential matches, Michelle called me to tell me that she had "found my family!" She said, "This is the one. Please go for an interview and see for yourself." So I did. This is the part of the review where I'm going to get annoyingly emotional. Not only did the family and I immediately "click," but Michelle had made sure that all of our stats were in alignment. The age range, schedule, amount of hours, commuting time, pay rate, expectations and needs happened to all align with what I was looking for. It was LITERALLY the PERFECT PLACEMENT!!!! Coincidence? I think not. Michelle is highly intelligent, professional, personable, understanding, diligent, experienced, communicative, and pleasantly charismatic and I owe my job satisfaction directly to her. Now that I think about it, maybe I should send over a bottle of wine. Thank you, Michelle, for just being so incredibly good at what you do. As I mentioned earlier, when I started this process, I read through every one of your (5 star) reviews and thought, "There's just no way every single review can be five stars..." and now here I am adding one more.

It seemed like I had landed a few dream jobs only for it to slip away from me. Really trying times. Then I met Michelle! This brings a smile to my face. Meeting with her felt like chatting with a friend. I realized after that this is her skill. She loves people and wants to represent both the families and the nannies. It was a slow period and she didn't have any job opportunities at the time when I signed up with her agency, the perfect placement. After being on the hunt for my top nanny job with a kind family for many months and it wasn't happening I was getting ready to move out of state. I mentioned to Michelle that I'm no longer looking for a position as it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Michelle didn't give up on me. She called me with 2 opportunities. I went on both interviews and was called back to do a trial for the one that I wanted !! Yay !! Then Michelle negotiated some time off that I needed to take care of a health issue. The family was so wonderful they waited for me ! All I can say everything lined up perfectly. Michelle will always return your call in a timely manner and she always checks in to see how you're doing. I thank God I met Michelle !
