The menu descriptions are in German, but the dish names were all English, I didn't ask if they had an English menu because I didn't need it. I opted for a beer, water, and pick-two BBQ... ribs, wings, and fries all sounded good and that one hits them all. The waitress asked if I wanted mayonnaise which gave me the opportunity to decline and ask for ketchup. I'm not exactly sure which stout I got, but it was smooth. The food came out shortly and was a generous portion and they put the whole bottle of ketchup on the table for my fries! Crispy chicken wings were the whole wing like you'd get in fried chicken but simply fried (no breading, no sauce, no seasoning- crispy skin). Ribs were tender enough, crispy on the outside with some sauce squeezed ontop. The fries are thick cut and were the star of the dish. The list of beers included stouts from New Orleans, which my friend was brave enough to try. Unless you are an experienced beer drinker, I would recommend sticking to the local brews like Herforder Pils because the stout has a very unique and probably acquired taste. The New Orleans decor inside the bar/restaurant is pretty cool too.
