I was to the point I just wanted my truck out of their shop. The shop is messy and unorganized. Trying to speak to Dan (who has a hearing aid) is impossible. Dan is a nice guy but promises bigger than he can deliver. Overall, the work was o.k., it'll just take awhile to get the bad taste for the overall process to heal....
