I had a sympathy arrangement to be delivered and while I got a confirmation (at midnight!) from this company that it was delivered, I hadn't heard anything from the recipients. Upon finally awkwardly asking if they liked the flowers, I came to understand the flowers were never delivered. When I called Abloom I provided my name, the order number, etc. they were unapologetic and said they would call me back. I was called back by a man who said "Breanna? I can get those delivered today." My response was "oh, so they weren't delivered like your confirmations said?" He said "no" without any apology, in fact, his tone was annoyed that I was asking. When I followed up with additional questions about why? If it was on his radar or if there was a glitch in the system? He just responded with an annoyed "I don't know." And the proceeded to hang up. I will not be using them again. No offer to refund my $25 deliver and/or tip, no apology, no explanation.

Not only is this the busy holiday season with lots of competition among customers for a limited number of available stock items, we had not been ready to commit until now and supplies of technical gear has been stifled by "outside" issues. Also, for the dye sub (as opposed to silk screened), the back is much lighter than the front. These couple issues are easily resolved by going with the 500D fabric. Shipping is included in the quoted prices and there is no minimum for bulk pricing (but of course the higher the quantity, the better the unit pricing). I paid for my order exactly 13 days ago and received the shipment tonight.
