A short time later he texted me a flat price, which seemed quite reasonable, and we made an appointment for the next morning. I was very pleased that he could come that soon. He was VERY punctual. He texted his arrival as well. He got straight to work dismantling the old treadmill and assembling the new one. Meanwhile, I borrowed his box cutter and cut apart the box so it could go in our recycle bin (he doesn't haul away the boxes or packing). He was done in less than 2 hours. Payment was easy with Zelle. The new treadmill works great. He cleaned up everything and was very nice and professional. I had only been to one Lululemon store before, but I was already at the Biltmore Fashion Park and…read morerealized I needed to run in to pick up a quick item at Lululemon and there was one right there. This was my first time at this location. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and while the products looked very nice and there were a variety of items in the store, the prices were quite high. Looking online in advance, I was surprised to see a nice black t-shirt with writing on it was $100. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper. After spending $1000, you get first access to restocks and complimentary customization. Also, if you sign up for their e-mail list when visiting that website, you can get 15% off your first online order of full-priced items. Finally, it is worth noting that the American Express Platinum card now offers four $75 Lululemon credits (one per quarter), which will certainly get people who do not regularly shop at Lululemon to go into the stores for the first time. That includes me! Though I often see Lululemon items showing up at universities nowadays (though the price is too steep for the college students themselves but maybe not their families and alumni).

I made an online purchase of an elliptical from Fitness 4 Home Superstore/ Fitness 4 Home Online…read more When I first used it I felt it did not perform the same as the one I had tested at a local store. I emailed Fitness 4 Home about the problem. Bob, the owner, told me he would make it right and that I should use it for a couple of weeks and see if it performed better after it was broke in. I thought Bob was giving me the old salesman run around and trying to put me off. Nevertheless I agreed to use the elliptical for two more weeks. Again Bob told me not to worry and he would make things right. I still did not believe him. After two more weeks of use I still did not feel the elliptical was performing properly so I informed Bob. Bob didn't hassle me, he didn't give me any problems or try to talk me into keeping the elliptical. He said he would arrange for the elliptical to be picked up from my house and returned to his store. Without me asking him, Bob even waived his return policy and returned my entire purchase price. Per his return policy he did not have to do that. Bob did make things right and he is a MAN OF HIS WORD, which is hard to find in "business" these days. I am totally and completely satisfied by the customer service I received from Fitness 4 Home. If you want to buy home fitness equipment I strongly recommend that you consider Fitness 4 Home for your purchase. You will be very happy and satisfied with the customer service you will receive plus you can trust Bob.
