Everything about the service in this branch of 3A was unsatisfactory. The welcome unpleasant, the quote and information provided unsatisfying, the waiting room uncomfortable and a host of other adjectives beginning with un- or dis-.
From the two times I have used this store I assume the store is family run, as staff incessantly chat to each other and friends in their mother tongue, obnoxiously paying a minimal amount of attention to customers. The interaction with staff is composed of a series of short barks with an outstretched hand, for a USB key or for money (and prices push toward the expensive). Perhaps they are trying to create a laid-back atmosphere. It doesn't work as customers feel inferior, unimportant and relieved to leave. read more
