What an incredible company this is! I just had some surgeries to my right hand and couldn't accomplish some repairs at my home. While having our washer and dryer replaced, we discovered what we thought was an issue with the washer box. It turns out the issue is larger and we need more work done than we originally anticipated. I was so happy when Jose showed up this morning to replace my hot water heater as I had gone without hot water since Friday. Yes, this company works 24/7 but I rent the house I live in so for any repairs I have to go through them. Originally they contacted a different plumbing company on Monday who told me that the whole process could take 2-3 days as they had to wait for approval from the Home Owners Warranty company. WHAT?!?!? "2-3 days?" It already had been 3 days going on 4. Of course I kept bugging my rental property management company & was like "I can't keep going days without hot water!" Not sure why they chose not to go with the original plumbing company but I'm glad that they did because Jose arrived with a brand new hot water heater & he was ready to replace it today. Maintenance guys had shut the hot water heater off & drained it on Saturday which saved time for Jose to not have to wait for it to drain it before disconnecting it. He was professional, well dressed & had on a company shirt with their logo on it. I explained my situation to him & informed him that the owner of the property mgnt, company told me he was going to be @ my house @ 8:30am & he showed up a little after 9am. Jose told me that they don't give "exact" times & they have 2 hour window times. He apologized for the miscommunication, which was nice but it wasn't his fault I was given incorrect information. He was so nice, friendly & had a smile on his face the whole time I interacted with him. He knew what he was doing. Shortly after he got the water heater disconnected two of his co-workers showed up, both in company uniform, They were there to help him remove my old water heater as it's up on a platform & to get the new one up. I let them be & went inside my house to take care of some stuff, When Jose was done he knocked on my door & told me I was all set. I had asked him where the dial was to adjust the temperature if needed & he had no problem pointing it out, letting me know what it was set on & the temperature. He told me the wait would be about 20 minutes before I would have hot water. There was no mess/trash left behind. Even though I moved stuff out of the way nothing got damaged in the process of installing the new hot water heater. If I ever own my own house or anyone is looking for an awesome plumbing company I will be sure to use them & tell all my friend's & strangers about 365 Plumbing. What to do when your water is running 70-80 gallons an hour Unbeknownst to us we had a major water leak from our water meter. Of course, home warranty wouldn't cover. Neither would the water company. We got a recommendation from a friend to call 365 plumbing. He sent Jose out immediately to see what was going on. It had gotten bad, My street was flooding from it. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Juan then came out and dug up a portion of our yard to get to the pipe. Turns out being an older home, the pipe was buried 3 feet and was put in at a curve--now that the water company has increased las vegas water pressure, it caused it to break apart. Juan did an amazing job and thank gd-it's fixed. He put our grass and yard back together so well, it looked better than our landscapers work! I highly recommend using 365 Plumbing. The best part is the pricing--they are absolutely the most reasonable prices we have seen! We have used different plumbing companies in the past but from now on only 365 plumbing. I met a representative of 365 Plumbing at an auto show. Told him about an issue with a gas connection to my stove. He said it would be an easy fix. Told me to call the office and ask for Edgar. I made an appointment and Edgar came out within a couple of days. He showed up on time and was just a great young guy. Gave us a couple of options for the fix and was done quickly at a very reasonable price. Before he left, I asked him a quick question about our toilet making a loud noise when flushed. He knew exactly what it was and again fixed it quickly at a reasonable and fair price! I definitely would recommend this company. Glad 365 was at the car show. read more

These guys are terrible. They do not clean up after themselves whatsoever. They did a re-pipe at my house that cost $12,000 and had to cut holes in my drywall. They did not try to catch any of the drywall dust whatsoever. We got all over everything in our master bedroom and bathroom. They left the master bathroom a total mess didn't sweep up anything I had to sweep up after them in order to not step on screws and trash after they were done, I called the office and told the lady that they need to send a professional cleaning service out to my house. She had the audacity to tell me she would send the technician back to clean up. I said it was beyond the technician's ability to clean up the mess they made they needed to send a professional, so they did, but the Maid did not clean up everything. I asked she still left a mess as well. They had to cut holes in my stucco in the backyard and said they would send a guy to repair the stucco it's been two weeks now and I have not yet had a stucco guy come he was supposed to be here today. Didn't show up. I called to ask what happened and they said there was a miscommunication. I don't see how there's a miscommunication after I call you guys six times to line this up and you tell me the day he's supposed to come the office people never call you back they tell you they will, but they don't so you have to recall over and over after all of this I called and left some colorful words with the Front Desk lady. I was a service plumber for three years in California if I ever left a house that messy I would've been fired on the spot they teach you how to clean up in kindergarten guys get your shit together. They left their food trash from their lunch in my garage and in my front yard. It's ridiculous. Only two of the guys in the whole company. Speak clear English. You have to communicate with the 20-year-old kid in order to tell the guy what you want or need. Don't waste your time with these guys unless you don't mind a messy house. read more

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I had two separate problems; first, I needed a new water heater installed, which was done on time and without problems. Second, I had a faulty cold water connection to my washing machine; the plumber, not seeing the solution at first, crawled through my attic to check out the water connections, and discovered that when the house was built, one of the lines had a badly manufactured connector that was blocking the water, and even with the extra work, stuck to the original estimate. read more

365 Plumbing was a referral by One Hour Air Conditioning. Thomas Lopez was my technician and came out and flushed my tankless water heater. He found that the piping going to my tankless was cracked and had a slow leak. I was so happy that it was Thomas who was sent to my house. Not only did he fix the leak but I also had him install a water softener that I have wanted forever. The water softener was a great price and half as expensive as the water filter that I had installed in 2017. He was able to tap into my existing filter system so now I have my water softener, my water filter and no leaks. He was so professional and so nice. This is for any new folks coming into Nevada if you should ever need a Plumbing service we Highly recommend giving 365 plumbers at least one try you wont regret it.our experience started with us doing our home work and we saw all the 5 star reviews for these guys so we took a chance ,our experience began on Sat 9/28/24 12:40 pm we talked to a very nice woman named Pat she took all our info and said we would get a call from a tech but about 1 3/4 hrs we called back because we had not got the call. she did not get upset because we called back instead she the our info again and passed on the info @ about 2:00pm Richie called and took our info again and said he would reach out to his tech and call us back. he did exactly that and informed us that the tech was finishing up another job and would call when he was close and that was exactly what the tech(edgar) did. we had requested that the tech have mask and booty covers but when he arrived he did not and we did not get upset because it is not mandatory.but when i ask him about it he had no problem with it so we gave him one of our mask.his attitude was that of a professional he came into our home and was very respectful to both my wife and I. he answered all of our concerns he explained exactly what he would be doing and why.then we were quoted a price and we very much believe that it was a most reasonable price.and we are seniors.all i can say is as long as 365 plumbing is in business there will be no need for us to look any where else for our future plumbing needs and we recommend their company to family and friends. keep up the good work Pat/Edgar/Richie THANK YOU. read more
