Before her I'd seen numerous therapists for over 10 years and no one helped me the way Michelle did. I cannot recommend her enough. She really pushed me to figure out why my thinking was the way it was. She really talked to me and really listened to me. While I know I did all of the hard work, I really credit her in helping me get healthy for the first time in my life. I'm eternally grateful.

My fears were rarely realized and if I did feel I was being singled out, I felt comfortable enough to speak up and all issues were addressed in a nurturing environment. Michelle helped me to better understand why I do the things I do and helped me better communicate with my now wife. Things aren't perfect, yet much better and if we ever have any issues as a married couple, it's great to know that Michelle can help us any time we ask.

The therapists are incompetent and the billing department tries to nickel and dime you for everything. The coordinator, Linda, writes me emails with so many grammatical errors and incomplete sentences. This is who they hire to manage intake? The place is very dusty and dirty. My son walked out and I noticed a large dust smudge on his coat. They are letting him rub himself on those dirty floors? Not to mention, my son is constantly sick and I'm convinced these therapists don't sanitize anything! Also, one therapist told me in confidence that their CEO makes them come to work sick as they are understaffed?! What??! Stay away and find another ABA clinic that truly cares. I recommend the place for children with autism. My son is thriving there and I get constant updates via iPad.

I feel it's a cash grab. Remember the more information you give someone the more likely they will recommend more treatment which equals more money , time. Communication is hit and miss and they have an ever rotating staff of volunteer interns which means the person teaching a class will not be there the same day or next day to answer any questions as they are not a permanent employee. At first I thought this was going to be easy as they make it very easy but it became a nightmare for me and my family ,after paying $700+ the company and owner "Anna J." tried charging me an extra charge of $200 for a class I had already completed and paid. The nightmare is still going on to this day since they went against the Judges request and tried issuing me more treatment time after private 1 on 1 sessions with a counselor. I wasn't told I was being evaluated during those sessions and in turn I was told I needed more treatment than the court ordered. More treatment equals more money. Just be careful doing business with these people and keep all paperwork, receipts and remember STAY PRIVATE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO YOURSELF. P.S. These people are here only for your money, the classes are between 30-45 mins as they are suppose to be 1 hour and you learn nothing. They do the bare minimum and send you packing.

I took 2 classes at the same time and spent 2 hours every thursday with Andrew going over anger management and parenting, the classes should be a requirement for anyone that is married, the 500 dollars I spent on both will be insignificant if I have an opportunity to exercise what I have learned with my wife. The one on one option is something I was not able to find elsewhere and I called about 10 places given by google results... Andrew was exhausting himself making sure the course was as applicable as possible to my situation. The document are available on the internet but organized and presented in a fashion that permits constructive self improvement. I wish someone advised me to have taken these courses before. Looking at the other reviews I may need to disclose I went to the Milwaukee Avenue location just north of Irving Park but cannot believe the other locations are worse as I have met management and they are sincere and honestly wish to only improve the lives of people. Who ever wrote the negative reviews probably didn't take the anger management courses but should. The parenting class, unbelievable how many things I could have done better. It's our children, they deserve the best and 5 hours of my life is nothing compared to the positives these courses will have on their and my wife's life.

She strikes the perfect balance between sharp insight and genuine compassion. She's relatable, down-to-earth, and refreshingly free of pretension--yet her expertise shines through in every session. One moment with Dr. Crowley that I will never forget was when I was struggling to define myself by my circumstances after brain surgery, feeling stuck and disconnected from who I had been before. I had to stop working and had some issues with my vision and it was difficult as someone in my 30s. She gave me an analogy that changed my perspective completely: she said to think of my life as a football field, and that it wouldn't be fair to judge myself solely by the last 10 (or 20?) yards without looking at the whole field. That insight has stayed with me for all these years, and it still reminds me to see my life in its full, rich context. If you're looking for someone who will truly listen, challenge you in meaningful ways, and help you grow, Dr. Crowley aka Maggie is it. She's exceptional at what she does, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. I still think about her advice and the progress we made. She is phenomenal.
