I had a wonderful experience taking surf classes at 360 surf school. The instructors were knowledgeable and caring. I took the 7:30 am class, which in my opinion it's the best option because there is hardly anyone at the beach. I definitely recommend taking this classes. The whole crew is wonderful. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 boys age 9 and 11) had an awesome time paddle boarding for the first time! Todd and Mark are super nice guys, very helpful, patient, and great with the kids. They gave us a quick SUP lesson, and then we were on our way SUPing through the beautiful, crystal clear Cancun waterways. The tour might be a little much for young kids to paddle the entire way, but a child can sit on a board as an adult paddles if you are up for that. These guys are phenomenal at what they do!!! We took a family surf lesson with our two kids, ages 6 and 8, my boyfriend, and myself-our FIRST surf lesson ever!! Todd is extremely gifted as an instructor, Mark tops off the entire experience with his photography and drone skill, and Ali and Ozzie are the most intuitive and hardworking guys you've ever seen! AND the team, as a whole, works together seamlessly. Each one is kind and encouraging in the best way possible, seeming to have a natural understanding about the instruction and support that each student needs to succeed. They were SO GREAT, in fact, that we took a SUP tour with them 2 days after our surf leason!!! Saw the HUGEST stingray!!! Had the BEST DAY EVER for the 2nd time with this one-of-a-kind group!!! The SUP tour will be your FAVORITE experience of your vacation! And beginner or pro, it is still just as amazing! We feel like we've made friends for life!!! I asked repeatedly if I should take a lesson or rent a board. I told him I'd taken lesson 3 other times but never surfed alone. I was assured the conditions today would be ideal for a beginner to go out alone. So, I rented a board, what a waste! The waves were huge and the rip current was very powerful. There were a couple experienced surfers out there who said the conditions were not good for a beginner. There were even red flags up. The guy that rented to us brought a boogie board out and was playing around (not even he was surfing), when I asked for tips he just laughed and told me to avoid the rocks. Big mistake and waste of $40, when I would have paid for the lesson instead of just trusting what he said. I didn't get the impression he wanted to teach or that he really cared what happened. read more

The whole crew took great care of us. Dave, Todd, Mark, Oz, and Ali each did their part. Caught our son (6) who didnt know how to swim everytime he fell off. Taught our daughter (8) how to get up every time and she loved it. Took longer for me to get up but eventually I was getting up everytime. The girlfriend had more trouble but she had fun too. Mark took great drone footage of us. $300 for 4 people (discount starts at groups of four) for 2 hours. $75 to $125 for footage on the drone depending on how much. Was a great time. read more
