I was recently diagnosed with tonsil, tongue and lymph node cancer, and Dr. Jump saw me on very short notice to provide a "clearance letter" so I could proceed with my cancer treatment plan. I also wanted some targeted dental work done on one tooth before starting radiation treatment, but Dr. Jump wisely recommended that I take no action regarding that one tooth. How incredible is that! I had already skipped a March appointment because of pandemic fears, but Mint Dental made me feel safe because of the amount of precautions they were taking. Before my appointment, I waited in my car (the waiting room is closed for safety) and they let me know by phone when it was safe to enter. When I first walked in the building, I was asked a series of questions to make sure I have not been exposed to the virus in the last 14 days. All the staff in the building were wearing masks, but my hygienist and the dentist both wore N95-grade masks and face shields while they worked on my teeth. In addition to this, all the surfaces in my exam room I touched were covered in replaceable plastic and they had a HEPA-air filter constantly cleaning out the air. If you have been putting off a dental appointment because of the pandemic, Mint Dental is doing their absolute best to make it safe for you. Not ok. - You should've notified me when I made a visti to your office. Excuses don't excuse the issue at hand. You're not in my network so why even mention my insurance as the problem? I got no insurance relief and you knew that was going to be the issue before you did the work and that's not ok. I don't know what you mean I hung up on you. I never purposely hung up on you. It's really incredible how well he did. As with any oral surgery there is some discomfort but the overall pail if it really wasn't bad all. I just had another gum graft on my lower gums and so far things have been healing quite nicely. I has uncomfortable the first day but recovered fairly quickly and quite well. As far as I am concerned Dr. Casler is a rock star. You don't have a great experience with a…read moredoctor however with an excellent staff. After being his patient for several years you get to know people and I like the relationship I have with the staff and the stellar level of excellency and professionalism that is delivered each time I visit. I used to be one of those guys with 'dental anxiety' and was very nervous and fearful with seeing a dentist. This was due to a bad experience, but after several visits to this office I now no longer have that to fear. The staff is great about explaining everything and always making sure that that comfort is kept. Also, having the nitrous is a help and they always ask if I need it. In short, I wish either I was 20 years older or Dr. Casler was 20 years younger so I don't have to worry about finding another dentist when he retires.
