I can live with thatto some extend. I find out from my insurance company they are no longer in my network, hence the higher bill. They didnt tell me I was no longer in their network. If they didnt know they should have because they acted as is they verified with my insurance company and provided an estimate based on that. Not ok. - You should've notified me when I made a visti to your office. Excuses don't excuse the issue at hand. You're not in my network so why even mention my insurance as the problem? I got no insurance relief and you knew that was going to be the issue before you did the work and that's not ok. I don't know what you mean I hung up on you. I never purposely hung up on you. You could've sent me a text or email like you do with other issues. It doesn't make sense. If you were in my dental network your argument would make sense but you're not.

I found Elwood Avenue Dental, I called and asked about the staff, all my questions were answered and I made my appointment. I had issues with a crown for years and Dr Salayta said it needed to be redone. There was no saving it. We had 3 visits, he removed the old crown, prepared the root for the new one and talked me through the whole procedure, step by step.
