I agree that the people at this place are nice but my experience with them was a little…read moredisappointing. I posted a relatively small bond for my grandson, $1400. They were good about doing their part, but they told me he had to go in upon his release and sign some paperwork. I told the person I was speaking to, he can go in, but my grandson is deaf and you will not be able to communicate with him. My bad that I did not get the name of the person I spoke to. When I informed them of his disability the person I was speaking to said he did not have to go in just to make sure that he knew he had to show up to court and they got information from me over the phone. Once the bond was exonerated, I did not receive the full amount I was expecting, I was shorted $390. They charged me $300 for him not going to sign papers after I was told he didn't have to and another $90 for management fees So just make sure if you use this company that you ask questions and go in the office even if they tell you, you don't have to and last but probably most important. Write down the names and dates of the people you speak to.

Absolutely Horrible. Beware Thomas Watson is a liar and a thief and cannot be trusted. Make sure…read moreyou get the correct fee form because he has different forms that he provides to the clients that he plans on ripping off. Most unprofessional service I have ever encountered and I wish I had known what I was getting myself into when I chose to do business with Rose's or is it Watson's Bails Bonds? I'm so confused because they keep switching it up on me. Charged me $1,000.00 for bounty hunters to come pick up my boyfriend while he was an appearance at court and walk him across the street to the Payson AZ jail. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle in a parking lot 500 miles from home and in a town I had never been to. I finally received $2,500.00 of my $3,500.00 deposit 3 weeks after the bond was exonerated and I had to bond my boyfriend out a second time and still haven't received the paperwork for the lien on my house. When I contacted Thomas Watson about not receiving the full amount of my deposit, he threatened to file an injunction on me for harassment if I messaged him one more time. Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself a bunch of undue stress and hassle and avoid doing business with the likes of Thomas Watson.
