We visited the Bellevue location last week for the fourth time. It has been months since our last visit and we had hoped that it would be better but same problems. My daughter is 4 and pretty big for her age but it feels like the age-mix for a place that has very little parental or staff supervision is off. The last two times we visited, we were there for less than 10 minutes when a big, aggressive kid (parents usually sitting close by on phone or texting) pushed or hit my daughter and she gets scared and wants to leave. Maybe it's just the nature of the place and the people there. There are at least two or three bouncing "things" that involve hitting other kids with giant boxing gloves or soft sticks and/or throwing softballs at one another. The mix of ages seems really off since a 3 yr old is at much greater risk of getting clobbered by a 7 or 8 yr old. We won't be going back. Also, it's really, really smelly. read more

The only Bouncy House in King County that I have been to that refuses service to children with glasses (including my daughter who was told to leave the floor). Awful experience. I would recommend Kidz Bounce in Issaquah or Pump It Up in Kirkland. read more

I have had a terrible experience with it. This place forces you to buy expensive and very nasty pizza, bread stick and chicken nugget, etc from them, which is the only choice they provide. They do not allow you to bring your own food except for birthday cake. To make thing worse, they never mentioned this policy until you have paid for the party. After that, they would send you a long mail and this food policy is hidden in the bottom of Q&A at the bottom of the mail, which is very easy to be ignored. The staff there is rude. Besides, there is huge construction work in the front of the building currently, which will last until the end of 2015. Guests are very hard to find the entrance to the parking lot. The parking lot is shared by several other facilities like PNB Ballet, and a Martial Arts school, etc. Therefore, it is very hard for the guests to find a parking spot in the parking lot. read more

Unfortunately this place doesn't allow glasses of any type, even all plastic kinds. This really sucks for our son who is severely far sighted. We did not have these restrictions at other bounce house places. read more

the only good part: The facility was very good - both adults and kids get loads of fun, bad part: the staff working there make every experience of yours bad.. they are not worth tip of even extra one dollar, they behaved as if they are doing a charity service.. the front desk lady was the rudest person I can ever see.. she restricts in every possible way.. there are only two ladies working at the front desk: one is Mitchelle, she is ok, don't remember the other lady's name - so I will call her the rudest bitch... she treats a party as a movie show - allowed us to get in just 10 mins before our party time, no time to make any party related preparations.. they have package for 25 kids, the room facilitates hardly 15 kids .. forget about having parents, they try to make you squeeze into the room even though they have ample space in the lobby.. the worst part is if they find a kid coughing they are behind that kid through out the party.. The party host that kid as a deceased.. she was behind the parents of that kid until they left the facility.. they shamelessly argued but not tried to be flexible on that kid.. the food - we ordered 8 extra large pizzas for a group of 45-50 people(with kids) and they brought medium pizzas which were not at all sufficient.. for that they argued saying your guests ate too much... these two staff ladies are the foolish jackasses.. cost is unreasonable expensive , our biggest mistake was hosting a party here within a short time, not reading the reviews etc.. as long as those two ladies are serving here, do not go to this place.. they make you repent for chosing this place.. Honestly everything else wouldn't be a matter if the staff was good... overall - don't plan a party here!! read more

They didn't allow us to bring any food. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Too many rules that weren't necessary.

We were scheduled to have our party at 3-2-1 Bounce and then our 5 year old broke his arm. We were only a day under the 2 week policy for a refund but they refused to work with us and when we attempted to contact the owner through an email, we never got a response. We have made sure to let our local friends know about this so they can take their business somewhere else. Our advice...go to another bounce place and skip this one! read more

To whom it may concern I recently had a party at 321 bounce in Bellevue for my two-year-old daughter and I have never been so disgusted with service in my life. From the moment, we got there the manager was rude who is a male. My party arrived late due to extreme traffic measure as I understand that is not a problem nor can compensation be given for that but from that moment I at least expected the staff to be friendly for the little bit of time I had left and that still did not happen. Anytime I asked a question the manager (Caucasian male) would breath loudly, motion me off to the side as if I was always a problems.my party host Annie, made numerous remarks within the party room a few of them were "I can't wait to go home I'm tired" "when we finish I'm going home to sleep" and the most angering one "you guys were late so you have to hurry up". When Annie brought me the bill for the end of the party I was so upset with service that I did not enter in a tip amount on the receipt, she brought the receipt back to my husband and stated that we had forgot to give her a tip. How dare she ask for a tip after how rude she treated my party and made numerous remarks about being tired. The last straw was that we had brought in party decorations such as candy and table pieces from party city who we had handed over when we first got to the location in which we were told that it would be set up by a party host. With the rush of the party the decorations were not set up and the bag was "supposedly "with the gifts upon exiting and leaving the party. When I got home I noticed the bag was not in the bag as the company had stated so I called and they stated that they indeed still have the bad and we asked them to put it aside as we would come pick it up we tried to pick it up twice in which each time we went they were either closed or for some odd reason the door was locked on the third week I finally got in touch with somebody to ask when would be a good time to come get my bad I was told that my bad which had over $60.00 worth of merchandise such as candy , decoration , and party favors was given to good will. What angered me the most was that they supposedly written our name down and knew the party we were with yet never reached out to say "hey, I know you called about the bag a few times it's going to be given to good will on this day" we spoke with somebody at 321 bounce twice and on the third time is when they basically told us our bag was donated. I have never in my life been treated so horribly at a party venue in my life and not once did anyone ever apologize. When I called to make a complaint, I was told that there was no one I could contact to complain. It was then when I did my own research and found a corporate email address. i was so disgusted with the service and more importantly customer service that I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone nor bring my children here to play again. We just had my son's 4th birthday party at 321 Bounce and it could not have been easier. There were 23 kids, plus their adult, and I basically just had to show up with him! He had the best time for the hour they got to play in the bounce houses. Then we did pizza and cake. They offer Papa John's pizza, which for 4 year olds is perfect, soda/water. They also do favors for you at $2.50 a bag. It's not cheap. Our party ended up being $566 for all of the kids, not counting cake. But it was so much fun for my son! read more

My granddaughter's birthday party was here. The staff was incredibly rude. I'm hitting 60 and had to buy their socks to enter the area with the rest of the party. My daughter and son-in-law were completely ripped off for money. The "helper" at the party that they required to be tipped, was late, basically in the way, had horrible food handling skills, and seemed to be there for 321 Bounce, not to help my daughter with the party. They lost some of the food my daughter had brought. This was a NIGHTMARE. Hooray for the person who contacted the BBB. They absolutely do not deserve the 1 star they got. read more

I would not recommend ever going to 321 bounce. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. The so-called rules are ridiculous about kids wearing eyeglasses. My son who has autism, cannot be without his glasses. He is legally blind, has double, and blurred vision and no depth perception. He wears rubber glasses with safety plastic lens. There are no moving parts and they are held on by a strap. We were invited to my son's best friends. Bday party and when we arrived we were told to remove the glasses. The manager told us it was against the law for my son to wear his glasses. I protested and she explained that if he wore his glasses we would have to leave. I explained that my son had to wear his glasses. I also asked to see in writing this "Law". She refused to show me and would not let me Get the owners name or talk to the owner. I have never Been asked to remove my son's glasses at jump planet or pump it up. The manager is on a power trip and picks on helpless children. No where in their rules on line or their waiverdoes it say no glasses. read more

If I could give 321 Bounce in Bellevue a big fat ZERO star I would. I had the worst experience EVER dealing with their rude manager. I had booked a party 2-months in advance only to find out 13 days prior to our party that we needed to change times due to a schedule conflict affecting several attendees. I called first thing in the morning and left a message...of course as they never answer their phone. When the manager called me back she was extremely rude and informed me that because it was past the 14 day policy they would take my original $100 deposit and charge me an additional $100 to reschedule (I called 13 days in advance people!). When I questioned this policy and asked if there was any way to make an exception or work with me it was a big fat no. I understand policy but as a business owner I also understand customer service. The manager did not offer up any apologies or understanding of my situation to make the loss of $100 a little more bearable...instead it was a monotone of Nope nothing we can do for you...do you want to reschedule and pay another $100. Needless to say I hung up very upset and no party for my child. Thank goodness the people at Pump it Up in Kirkland and at Kidz Bounce in Preston are so friendly and helpful. I would go their establishments over 321 Bounce if I were planning another Bouncy House Party. Be warned....Stay Away....read the poor reviews....I ignored them and went ahead and booked...Now I have a disappointed six year old and no bouncy house party. read more

I have ONLY attended the 321 Bounce in Everett, WA but will NEVER frequent it again. My son has worn glasses since the age of 2 and can not see the large "E" on the eye chart. So when we went to this facility for a friends birthday party they infomed me that my son could not bounce with them. Let me tell you, from a mom of a 5 yr old we have been to every "bounce house" facility in WA for parties and this is the ONLY facility that told him no glasses. This of course made my son feels as if something was "wrong" with him and he cried many tears. I feel as if they discriminated against him. They never once told the parents to take off their glasses and I signed a waiver for my child to play. They claim they were not afraid of their equipment but for the safety of my child. For all you that have children with glasses...childrens glasses are the safest, compared to adult glasses. So they have this extremly "silly" rule (to be kind I will use that word) plus many many many more restrictions they they will not waiver on. So my suggestion is to go to Pump It Up or Jump Planet for some real fun! And if you dare to go to 321 Bounce call ahead for all their "rules" so you can prep your child as well with yourself! read more

I opened a yelp just to write this review. I booked my party and paid the deposit before I looked at these horrible reviews. I was stressed after that and worried that my huge party was going to be horrible. I made sure I reminded everyone going to bring socks and held my breathe when we entered. I was greeted by a wonderful lady who was charming and pleasant the entire time. She introduced me to our helper/server who was also pleasant. So far so good..Over all the bouncing experience was great. However, there is a trap in one of the bouncers that should either be staffed to boost kids or maybe a rope should be added. (Socks are slippery) You could also wear socks with grips to overcome this. The cake/presents went off without a hitch. We had so many guests that we actually ran over 15 minutes and no one said a word or rushed us. We were helped to pack up and paid..everything still pleasant and wonderful! My guess is either this place has made huge changes or some people are just always unhappy with something. Maybe it is a disgruntle employee..Who knows but the reviews are unwarranted. It is expensive, but well worth a great party for tons of people that is easy and you can actually enjoy your guests and child. Oh and a couple days after they emailed a thank you with my sons picture. A wonderful touch! I only give 4 stars because of the bouncer issue. My kid did great and he is 2. My teenagers 16 & 17 also had a blast! I would go back and I would recommend this place to my friends. read more

We went for a friend's son's birthday party, and when we got there, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. We got our kids signed up and then the front desk lady went to stamp their hands only to ask if our youngest was 2 and I said no, he's 20 months so almost there. She then tells me he's not allowed on the equipment and so I asked why not and she said she didn't know it was just their policy. I take my son to bouncy places all the time though, so this policy is new to me. We went to go bounce and the whole play area was for the party group... or so we thought. Then another group came in and another. Then my son tried to climb in one of the bouncers and the attendant came running over and essentially kicked my husband and him out. I was furious and so we all packed up our stuff and went to leave. However, on the way to get our shoes, we smelled POT filling up the area!!! It was horrific and the place was full of children!! Absolutely unacceptable! On our way out, I let the front desk lady know that I've never heard of such rule and id like to know why, and also the entire room was smelling like pot, and she said, "wish there was something I could do about that. " I couldn't believe it. I will never go back there again! read more
