Than he said oh it was an item that was forbidden that he seen so he dumped it out and I said to pick up the other items that were allowed. But didn't. Than I said you could have knocked on my door. Dude picked up the dumpster dumped some out the back and left. Within 5 min a the staff no the managers were absolutely useless. Could have just had the driver come Clean up. Instead they tried selling me another dumpster for 600. Lmfao. Than didn't wanna resolve it. More interested in being confrontational. Will never work with this company again. Who makes fun of combat vets for brain damage. Also I'm not gay but it's 2025. So why if I was. Why is that even in the convo. Then they call my phone refusing to talk to me demanding to talk to my wife. Than says we need to take down our review which I won't. We have received less than 1 star service. This is what I told them. "Hey I'll be honest we can have a discussion about the review however I'm talking to corporate and I've shared my experiences honestly. You guys made excuses and continue to make excuses on why your driver dumped a pile in my driveway. And than blamed us. Your manager made fun of my disability i sustained in the military and called me queer. Nothing about this experience has been pleasant or tolerable and I will continue sharing my experiences as I attempted to allow you guys to fix it. And you guys wanted to sell me another dumpster. None of this experience has been pleasant and it's been pulling teeth to get you guys to fix your mess up which realistically was addressed at 1pm it could have been handled by the end of day easily. But you guys blames us for overfilling turns out we didn't. Than said it accidentally fell out and he picked up which he didn't . Not true didn't happen. Than you blamed garbage hoppers. Not true. Than when out of excuses blamed maggots in the trash... like uh yeah it's trash.. than now you guys are calling my phone refusing to talk to me but trying to get my wife to remove my post. Look man. You guys dropped the ball and as of right now the one star rating is better than the service I've received." Noting but issues and now we have to wait 5 days for them to fix the pile they left in my driveway and doubt they'll do it as they hinted if I don't remove it they might not help. I'll do it myself before being silenced about treatment I've received from this company. No person should pay 600 for three days and than treated like shit. Made fun of. Called queer, mocked. Idk doesn't sit right to me. And frankly it was an easy fix if they took accountability rather than shift blame and make up lies and attack the customer.

I was a little upset after talking to other rental companies that laughed at the 1 ton limit when the norm is 3 tons. I only put brush, limbs, and small tree trunks, cleaning up the common ground behind my house and wasn't happy about the extra charge. I am writing this new review to warn new customers about the weight limit to make sure you ask before renting from Budget Dumpster.

I kept calling and telling them im concerned, this dumpster is still here, can you PLEASE come get it. I told them look, you are gonna charge me if the trash is over the line, if it weighs too much etc...but im telling you to come get this thing, i cant babysit this dumpster. He says oh no problem dont worry about it, i got you. So fast forward a MONTH later, they charge me 100 bucks for the weight being 100lbs over. A hundred lbs...not a thousand, but a hundred. I call and say hey, this very concern i had whwn you guys left it at my house for 10 extra days....is now happening. You assured me i would have nothing to worry about because you are the one who forgot about it...but now, theyre telling us too bad, thats your problem we can dump it at your house as long as we want.
