Charge almost 400.00 said brand new unit was set up wrong. About 2 weeks after oil filter was leaking. I thought it was a fluke so I called another company close by he told me the filter needed to be tightened so he fixed for 85.00. So winter of 2020 hired them again to clean chared me 350.00 to clean furnace!! I was like what da hell!! Called them and was told that the rates had changed! They never told me when I made the appointment that the rates had changed. I actually asked them for some type of refund, but they never responded. So about 3 weeks after the cleaning, once again the filter started to leak. Had to call another gut (DW Heating again) to fix their mistake. I will never go abck to them they are over priced and unreliable. Do not waste your money hiring these guys!! They are crooks!!!!

They took two additional weeks to get approved and then another week to close with stipulation that I pay off all my creditorsa first. They took the funds form my equity amount and wrote the incorrect amount to each one. I was frustrated and fed up so I paid them out of my own pocket. I took another 2 weeks of hounding them to get reimbursed. Then I rewiewed the wire transfer amount they were supposed to send me and it supposed to be 100,003. after all fees and deductions. But they sent 82,000. without any exsplanation, So I am opening up an investigation. I am glad I got funded, but not easily forgetting teh hell I had to go through to get it.
