I was given a 90-120 minute estimate, and they never showed up or answered the phone.

If zero stars were possible I would give it to them. Zero communication with anybody. My car has been sitting here for two weeks because the tow company decided to pick my car up after hours and drive to an already closed repair shop, drive BACK to their own lot and leave my car, then lying to everybody by saying that the repair shop refused the car. Worst towing company ever, why the insurance uses them, I have no idea. read more

State Farm called them to tow my car, 2.5 hours later in still sitting here in the side of the highway. They said they were waiting on my card for the extra mileage which I gave to the insurance company and I told them I would give them the number when they arrived. They then told State Farm they were refusing the job. So it's now 11:30 at night and I'm waiting for a new company to come get the car. Do not use these people, they are horrible and I am shocked that State farm would contract with them. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to coordinate the pickup of my vehicle and was told it would be ANOTHER hour before the truck would arrive on top of the 1.5 hours I had already waited. When I asked why the delay and expressed my obvious frustration at the delay as I am trying to get to work. Maria said she would just cancel my tow although I stated several times I didn't want it canceled. She canceled it anyway without my consent. I am filing an official complaint with my roadside assistance about this company and hopefully they wont be using them again with any other unfortunate customers. read more

My husbands had to call a tow for his jeep and our insurance called this company to come pick it up. We waited 3 hours on the side of the highway until they showed up. The gentleman brought the wrong kind of tow truck (he didn't bring a flatbed which was specifically requested in the work order), so he left to get the right thing. We then waited another 2 hours and called our insurance again, just to find out for some reason the towing company cancelled the order. Never told us or our insurance. So after 5 hours we still had no tow and had a different company come help. read more

My insurance roadside assistance called 303 when I needed a tow. I was told by my insurance that it would be 1.5 hours, but 4 hours later no one had showed up. It took me multiple hours to get a hold of anyone from this company, and still a tow truck never showed up. I ended up having to call a different company for help. I would not recommend using them. read more

I have been having the month from hell. I called up 303 towing to sell my (non starting) beater for scrap. He was timely, polite, and a really nice guy. So I asked him to tow my other non working truck to a body shop and he was back at it the moment he got rid of my junker. I even locked my keys in the second truck and he just laughed and popped them out for me. Once again, really great guy and a good company. At no point has anyone called a tow truck driver while they were having a stellar day, but, if it has to happen give these guys a call. I even downloaded yelp and wrote this review just because I was so happy with that service. read more

Excellent service. I was stranded for several hours in a location on Pena Blvd that no one would come too from 11:30pm until 3:00am. My car slid partially off it's jack with no wheel on while changing a tire. I was stuck... Audi roadside assistance tried to get me help, no luck, they asked me to call the Denver Police who never came. Found 303 Towing on Yelp with multiple stars.
