I was very exited coming here but did not turn out as expected... my hairstylist responded quickly to my disappointment... I went back to get it corrected.. I liked it (thought I Like it).... but not in love with it (hate it)... not for what I paid.. I was told not to wash my hair for a couple days and now that I washed it and I styled it... I could see that the "balayage" is not what it is.... There's brown patches in the blonde hair, my hair is super tangled and hair is shedding more than before ,,, I have to wear the masque conditioner just to be able to comb my hair gently... just disappointed.... I do want to say that hairstylist and staff were very nice and friendly and my mom did love her haircut. Response to owner: Just to clarify , my hair was in decent shape. not once did the hairstylist make a complaint of my hair. I noticed it was horrible after the first visit and that's why she recommended the hair masque and after the correction visit , it got worse. Prior to going to you, I would wash my hair and I could comb my hair with very minimal tangling and I could let it just air dry and it would hold a nice wave.. and very minimal hair loss... now a lot is falling out but thank you for your response because this time you felll way off and you know it... pictures speaks for themselves (have these brown patches... that are really bad) and I am definitely requesting a refund on this.... I had a last minute appt today with Tiffany after my salon of many years cancelled my appt before the holiday. I am SO thrilled with Tiffany and how good my hair looks leaving the salon today after she was able to squeeze me in. She took a lot of time going through and making sure we were on the same page with what I was explaining and asking for. It turned out perfect and above expectations. I went in looking for bangs, blended layers, and face framing and came out looking and feeling gorgeous. Christina purposely ruined my hair and then charged me $70 for a hair mask and bonding spray that she never asked if she could do or even said she was doing when my hair was in the bowl. Even though I was charged for a full highlight, I was left with the most grown-out roots with a horrible demarcation line. I had to go to Sally's beauty supply the next day to re-tone it and add highlights to my roots so it actually looked like I had my hair done and not ridiculous. She even had the nerve to try to book me the following month for another full highlight and said, 'we really need to get these roots taken care of'. I have no idea where she went to hair school, but my basic online education taught me to do way better hair. I did not try to have her fix it because I would have been left bald. So much of my hair broke off and she just smiled while she walked around with fistfuls of my fried-off hair, that's straight-up evil. There is a reason they force you to sign a lengthy contract and add your credit card, its so they can add on a bunch of services you are unaware of and there is nothing you can do about it. Update: This review was written because I was sent a survey in November where I included all this information. To my surprise, the next month on 12/20 I was requested to write a google review if you are not liking the truth being told, you literally asked for this. In 2 months your salon got $900 out of me. This is just a bad business which I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau, as soon as it gets added to their site. read more

Horrible service. I got a bad haircut, and they refuse to let me see another hairstylist to fix my hair unless I pay for it.

FYI for anyone who will get their hair done and if you for any reason hate the end result because it looks NOTHING like the inspo/reference photo you show (photos attached). the owner will give zero shits, they will gaslight you, telling you "oh it looks great" they will not be apologetic. they will gaslight you into thinking you were confused about what you wanted. they will not want to work things out or make you satisfied and happy about your hair, no. just so you know if you're unhappy, there will be no apologies, no refunds, you'll just walk around with hair that you hate. :) i believe everyone wants to trust and go to a salon that you know will take care of you if something goes wrong, THIS IS NOT IT. read more

That being said, I asked for curtain bangs and when I left they looked great however the moment they naturally dried they were extremely uneven and choppy. I'm pretty disappointed with the lack in transparency in pricing, and communication. I have come in 3 times in 3 months to get extensions and highlights as I go blond. I have basically ended up paying 1,000 for baby lights and maintaining a bob I don't want, lol. I was told I can't be seen for just a consultation for the extensions until September, when I've wanted and asked for them them since June. I'm Really unimpressed, was hoping to at least order extensions after this much time and being open to spending more as I go. Pretty much told I can't do that for the first time after years of wearing extensions. Just sort of feels like the stylist can't /won't do it and I'm being strung along . My haircut was fine (not quite what I asked for, but she cut off the unhealthy bits) however I paid $300 for the blonde me up (full highlights), and my hair color didn't look much different when I left the salon. Usually, when I've had full highlights done in the past, the colorist bleaches the parts under my hair (what shows in a ponytail) and the pieces by my ear. The colorist here didn't do that. I also have a lot of hair and it's taken me up to 5 hours in the past to have full highlights done--only took me 2.5 hours here. I asked for an icy/ashy blonde and lots of toning but the result is still very brassy. I think the stylist rushed because she didn't didn't have time but still charged me for full highlights. I'm very unhappy with the results and would not recommend this salon for those looking to go or maintain blonde hair. read more

Stay away from Christina, who is a hair dresser. She ruined my delicate blond hair after I decided not to order new extentions from her. The first time I saw her on April 11, 2024, everything was fine. However, the next time I saw her, when I told her that I wasn't going to buy new extensions from her, she ruined my hair. Before she did it, I reminded her that my hair was extremely sensitive. After she put the color on, I started to feel it burning, and told her to shampoo my hair. It was, too, late and my hair was completely frizzy. I was going on a trip to CA to visit friends that I hadn't seen since before COVID. I was so disappointed. Well... my experience wasn't the best. My stylist was "Desirae" (Des) a Master Stylist showing on her profile. I definitely didn't get a haircut that would be worth almost $100. I have 2 layers on my left side about 5 inches apart and nothing on my right. One side longer than the other. Listening skills are a must! That maybe she has but not that day. She was trying to get me out of her chair as soon as possible ask someone to help her dry my hair so I had both of them at the same time because she was working on another client. She didn't start on time so that may be why she was running out of time for her next appointment. I think that anyone would want your stylist to take their time on your appointment not to take as many clients as possible. This was my first time there and will definitely not go back. Now I think that someone who is starting or just not a master May put more time on your hair! read more

Warning! Warning! Warning! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. If you value your hair, time and money look elsewhere. I booked a last minute appointment and wish that I could go back in time to undo my overpriced, scam of a haircut and hair dye. I have red hair and have been slowly working to get an even color. I went in wanting to cover my grey roots and brighten my red. Instead, I got a dark brown on my roots and instead of doing an all over color(paid 250+) she put just a toner on my wet hair. When asked she said it was a wet dye. What a joke! My hair does not look good. It looks like I got my roots covered with a color that does not blend well. I have the exact same color I had before on my ends. Which is extremely disheartening since I paid so much money to leave a fierce redhead. At first, I was happy with how quick I was getting out of the salon. Now I know that I was completely scammed. This could just be the hairdresser herself but the salon puts their stamp of approval on her. Please read this review and go to another salon in the area.
