Before the smoking ban, you could have mistaken it for a bookies or a sandwich bar. Now, on closer examinination it does always have a lot of men in it, who don't necessarily seem to be buying phones. Maybe the manager has lots of friends. I'm not sure I'd think of going here to buy a mobile - I think the logo puts me off more than anything.

Bargains to be had, or maybe not. It seems the game you are after is not brought back for trade, so it's full price or nothing. Not impressed. A friend wanted a phone which he could hear clearly as he has poor hearing. They…read moresold him one (pay as you go) which they said would be fine. He took it back as he could not hear it and they sold him a dearer one. When he took that back and said he wanted an even dearer one they said as he had already exchanged it once, he could not do it again. He is now stuck with a phone he can't hear. Ok, maybe he should have asked to hear it in operation but equally, with the shop knowing his problem, they should have tested it with him. And why limit it to one exchange if the phone is unused except for testing and the customer s prepared to part with extra money.
