Extremely slow to respond to reported issues…read more Continual lack of communication between homeowners and property management agent. Cannot get direct answers, promises are not kept, requests are ignored. Routine & seasonal maintenance & repair is not performed. Updates to meet building codes has not been performed to meet deadlines. Multiple safety issues have been pending for months. Contractors have refused services because they haven't been paid. There are ongoing problems with plumbing, leaks, fire sprinklers, landscaping, vermin. Most recently, a dead rat reported on the lawn on Monday August 1, 2023 was not removed as of Saturday although at least three residents reported it to management and were told it would be taken care of. It is now crawling with maggots and attracting vermin. There are kids in this building. There is a lot of foot traffic - the library is across the street & there is a park & playground 2 blocks away. This is unacceptable. These issues affect our property values. UPDATE - 8/7/23 One week later, the rat (what's left of it) is still there.

As of today, September 14th, my application is still pending and my move in date is supposed to be set for September 20th. I have received the WORST customer service from account manager, Katie Caravello that I have experienced in my life. She is extremely rude and doesn't talk to people with respect. She has made this process extremely difficult and drawn out. Every piece of information that she has requested, I have provided in the matter of minutes and she still has an excuse as to why she can't approve my application. She was even rude to boss when calling to verify employment. At this point I feel like she is purposely trying to find a reason to deny me. To make matters worse when I contacted the F&F Realty (the company the complex is managed by) to put in a formal complaint, I was unable to get anyone on the phone. When you enter an extension, the system just keeps rerouting you to a list of extensions. I can't even send an email to company because there isn't one listed. This has been the worst experience ever and it's still unresolved.

On the first day our home went up for sale, frozen rain had laid out a sheet of ice along the driveway and front entryway. Once they found her, she called me to tell me I should never insinuate that she was stealing my money. I told her the money was supposed to be wired first thing the next day (I had an afternoon close and B&W doesn't wire money in the afternoon) and that is wasn't. She never reached out to my attorney or my B&W realtor to say she couldn't locate the wire instructions and needed them again. She couldn't even bother to provide a tracking number so I could verify that she sent the money. I would stay away and go anywhere but here!
