Asking for more time is one thing, but failing to communicate is another. When the pieces finally arrived, the workmanship was sloppy and I was mortified that these were the pieces delivered to my clients. They failed to follow instructions in my emails which specified trim spacing. They ruined thousands of dollars of fabric and trim. Rather than apologizing or offering to fix the issues, the manager became aggressive -- shouted profanity at me during the meeting I arranged in hopes we could find a solution. I left feeling unsafe. Their delivery crew scratched my client's floors and door when they picked up the pieces and when they returned them. Unprofessional, careless, and unwilling to stand behind their work. I still cannot believe they delivered products that look this terrible.
