I have been a member of several athletic clubs in my life and I have never been a part of a gym that is so welcoming. I like the reasonable fees and I like the convenience of being able to work out 24 hours a day. I have been getting personal training from Pedro and it is worth every penny. My arms are stronger than they have ever been. My posture and self-confidence have definitely improved. I highly recommend this happy multi-facited gym to all.

Some little things, like not enough pins for all the weight machines, a treadmill will stay unfixed (there are plenty of others). But some are big things, like not using the air conditioning. Classes suddenly cancelled. I'd be worried that this is a place that's about to close, but longtimers say it's always been like this. There are no undedicated barbells (each belongs to its own bench press), no squat rack (only a Smith type machine), no rowing machine. For as big as it is, it feels very crowded if there are more than a couple people there at a time. Which is unusual, thankfully. I've downgraded a star after some experience, but it's a perfectly acceptable place.

We have a place in Eagle Crest and I needed to get out and get a few workouts in. In the past I've been to Oregon CrossFit and Central Oregon CrossFit and those places are great but this time I decided to try Triumph mostly because of the location and times available. I'm so glad I did, Joe was very welcoming and made me feel at home. The workouts were great, Joe personally spent some time with me and helped me with some tweaks in my lifts. The clients in the classes were also very welcoming on both occasions. Upon leaving he gave me a big hug and said 'welcome to the family'. Joe is what makes Triumph click. He is upbeat, positive and understands what it takes to make people better. I am grateful to have stumbled upon Joe and Triumph and most definitely will be back to see them when I am in town. If your looking for a great workout and some positive uptick in your day, go see Joe.
