Then REDMOND ST CHARLES SENT HIM TO ST CHARLES BEND after another very long wait! This cost us a lot in copay and it was exhausting for me! THEN, I had to go to IMMEDIATE CARE. I waited 2 hours in the room for a medical assistant! No one even checked on me! I have a terrible cough And I am 80 years old! MA SPENT 5 minutes with me! Finally got a Chest X-ray and prescription for cough! No diagnostic blood work to see if viral or bacterial or COVID! I doubt we will return unless dire emergency! Both were terrible experiences!
