3 J's four way is a gas station with a secret tiny deli & cafe inside. There is no way you would know that, so this is a heads up, this is a Cajun stop you want to make in Cajun country. You can get your gas, fishing tackle, live bait, crickets, handbags, t-shirts, candy, drinks, anything a regular convenience store has. However, this place has a tiny secret Cajun deli inside. Tables for around 6 people. Famous for their triple threat burger, you don't have to threaten us with a good time. We like to split it "two ways" at 3 j's 4 way. The workers here are extremely nice. The store has fishing and hunting equipment also. I'd drive back to do business with these people.

Let me start with the fact the bathrooms were clean, the eating area was clean, and the overall feel of the place was peaceful and friendly. Staff was very friendly and every single person working asked if we were okay for or needed anything. We ordered 25 wings for $15 and they put in a fresh order instead of giving us what was on the bar already and we didn't mind waiting since it so fresh and so delicious. Pretty cool small town store. The people seem friendly, they have good gas prices and its an easy place to get in and out of. However, the food in there seemed like it had been sitting in the hot box for the past six hours. The chicken livers looked dark and crusty, and the chicken didn't look much better. I love stopping at these little stores because some of them actually have some good food in them. I REALLY wanted to have some chicken livers, but I didn't feel like getting food poisoning. read more

Hurricane Laura passed through a few days ago, and they were the only store open for miles around with gas and food. I understand, it was a very hectic, chaotic day. I ordered and paid for 2 pizzas. After 30 minutes I asked about the pizzas and were told they were in the oven and would be out shortly. Over an hour later, several people who placed orders up to 30 minutes after me were all getting their pizzas and I demanded to know what was going on. Excuses were made that "People had called ahead of time." Several people standing around saw people placing and getting orders after me as I stood around waiting. Finally they told me the kitchen was busy when I ordered and they never got the order in the back. They hadn't even began my order. They were hesitant to refund money to people who had just placed orders when I started demanding an explanation. They did not refund my money or offer a refund. I got my pizzas finally after an hour and a half wait. read more

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. One of my items was not bagged. I immediately called the store and was attempting to ask what could be done to be refunded for the item. The 1st young lady I spoke to treated me as if my money was not important. I asked to speak with a supervisor because not only did she treat me as if my money was not important, she failed to get any relevant information on me either picking up the item or being refunded for it and responded with "I'm not sure what you are going to do." When the supervisor came to the line she was COMPLETELY and UTTERLY AGGRESSIVE towards me for NO APPARENT reason and insisted on attempting on BERATING me with phrases like "You called here with an attitude." and "We just all assuming stuff." (Really??) She never took the time to listen to the CUSTOMER (who's money pays her check) I eventually ended up giving the phone to someone else who continued and completed the call, because needless to say I was not only dumbfounded but PISSED beyond all belief.
