BEWARE! Do not work with this company!! I lost my house…read morelast January in the Palisades fire and was finally moving my family into a mobile home that needed bathroom tile installed. First, Armik sold me defective tile (it was on closeout so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect) but it was stained and cracked and unusable. But worse than that, he kept over $2,000 of my money for work he never did!! His guys spent only 3 hrs installing a small amount of hardbacker and then abandoned the job. Other workers were there that day and can corroborate. At first Armik denied they left. Then he said they'd come the next day but they never showed up and he wouldn't answer my messages. I finally tracked him down in person at his shop and after yelling at me, claiming everything was my fault and acting like a two year old having a tantrum, he finally ADMITTED that his workers refused to come in for fear of ICE raids and he had no idea when he could install the tile. I was sympathetic to his workers but we were moving into the trailer within days and my kids needed a working shower (which he knew) so I had no choice but to hire someone else. Armik refused to refund over $2,000 of the money I prepaid him for tile install even though they never installed any tile! He claimed he was entitled to keep it for the 3 hrs of hardibacker work!! DISHONEST. STAY FAR AWAY. He will always blame the client and take no responsibility.
