When I reached out to Tina to inquire about service's she informed me that they do board but do not do daycare. That was totally fine. They were able to book me last minute at a very reasonable rate. Tina, her husband and one of their employees, Jesus could not have been more welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I was very happy with the setup. My two dogs had a huge enclosed outdoor area to themselves to run and play. That area had access through a dog door to a private section of the indoor kennel which was climate controlled. They could go in and out as they pleased. They provide food but you are welcome to bring your own as well. I never had any concerns that my girls were not in good hands. I dropped them off the same evening I booked just before 5:00pm and picked them up just after 4:00pm the next day. Tina happily communicated and sent me pictures of them happy and playing the morning after drop off until I picked them up that afternoon. They accept cash and checks (10% discount for cash) and Zelle. I paid via Zelle. I look forward to boarding with them again as I occasionally travel for work and my pet sitter hasn't always been available. Thank you Tina and family for taking such good care of Echo & Lexi!

It's awesome fir the dogs to interact. They get taken care of well. I had great concerns about leaving my little girl. Kim was amazing she helped me so much. My mind my at ease. TL;DR: Negligent to dogs' needs resulting in a potentially dangerous environment combined with poor…read morestaff attitudes. I saw the great reviews and had hopes for this place. I set up an evaluation for my dog for daycare and they told me to have all the vaccine records ready for when I arrive. I think the $18 they charge for that is a cash grab, but that's ok. I called ahead of time before I pulled up and asked what the procedure was for me to bring in my dog as he has some leash aggression and I wanted to avoid a full waiting room. The lady that was there didn't answer the question and instead said rather curtly I needed to provide all the records. I explained I was told to email them when I arrived so they could print them then and have them. She said fine and just told me to ring the doorbell. When I arrived, there was a dog in one of the front windows right beside the door that was going nuts, causing my dog to get very agitated. The lady did not address this dog that's freaking out and instead opened the door to let me in. There was yet another dog in a kennel in the lobby who started barking and again started riling up my dog. Again this lady did not seem to care about all this chaos and instead handed me a clipboard and told me in a snarky manner that the email address is written down and I need to fill out all the forms front and back. Since there was no place to go inside to fill these out where my dog would not be reactive, and I couldn't go back outside to the car because the other dog is going nuts in the window, I just said it wouldn't work out and left. My issue is if they care this little about 1) my dog's anxiety during this process and 2) the other dogs that are clearly stressed and freaking out, why would I trust them with my little guy? The bad attitude of the lady that was there was just the cherry on top. First impressions are important, and this place was very disappointing, and potentially dangerous for dogs that need some extra attention.
