This caused us to not travel without them. I can tell you that Caroline, the family atmosphere and the genuine kindness of the staff won us over. They gave my husband and l a tour of the facility and we boarded our two labs the following week. We were thrilled to receive progress reports and pictures of our babies EVERYDAY! They made our girls feel welcome and put our minds as ease. I whole heartedly recommend Royal Pet Resort to anyone that loves their dogs like we do.

I felt really confident bringing my pup here and everyone was super friendly. Unfortunately she came home and four days later she's coughing and sadly brought home doggy covid and bordetella. I understand that these are highly contagious and something that could happen at any kennel, but I'm just really disappointed in the situation. Also my dog is a dachshund and being a long-bodied dog, she has a very sensitive back. Both times I saw the employees hold her, they were not holding her properly (using both hands to support her back) even after I mentioned to please hold her properly. Made me a bit worried on how she was being held while I wasn't there. Again Im sure her getting sick was just terrible timing but me being a new-ish dog mom and wanting the best, I just had a soured experience overall.

It was clear from…read morethe start that this was more than just a service, he was genuinely cared for, safe, loved, and comfortable in a true home setting. She went above and beyond with updates, photos, and messages that gave me so much peace of mind while I was out of the country for almost two weeks. Vanessa came to my house to check in on my extremely shy and very skittish cat, who refuses to leave the house under any circumstances. Anyone who has met my cat knows she does not trust easily, but Vanessa was patient, calm, and respectful of her space. She still managed to connect enough to make sure she was fed, cared for, and feeling secure. The regular updates were beyond appreciated, I loved knowing she was in such thoughtful hands. Both of them consistently sent me updates, which I truly valued, especially being out of the country for nearly two weeks. Traveling is stressful enough, and having sitters I completely trusted made all the difference. If you need boarding or in-home sitting for pets with big personalities, or tiny terrified ones, you're in the best hands with Suzie and Vanessa. Thank you both for the love, attention, and reassurance. I will absolutely be booking again!

What a wonderful experience!…read more Our normal boarding plans didn't work out and I contacted The Pet Care Club on short notice (not ideal). Suzie and Juliette were wonderful and were able to get set up remotely to take care of our two cats. Mia needs some extra attention with pills and such, so it's not always the easiest to get a good sitter. The communication was great, my wife and I both really appreciated the daily check-ins and photos in the app. Will definitely be using this service again. It's a premium service for sure, but the peace of mind that our cats are at home and happy makes it all worthwhile.

It's awesome fir the dogs to interact. They get taken care of well. I had great concerns about leaving my little girl. Kim was amazing she helped me so much. My mind my at ease. I set up an evaluation for my dog for daycare and they told me to have all the vaccine records ready for when I arrive. I think the $18 they charge for that is a cash grab, but that's ok. I called ahead of time before I pulled up and asked what the procedure was for me to bring in my dog as he has some leash aggression and I wanted to avoid a full waiting room. The lady that was there didn't answer the question and instead said rather curtly I needed to provide all the records. I explained I was told to email them when I arrived so they could print them then and have them. She said fine and just told me to ring the doorbell. When I arrived, there was a dog in one of the front windows right beside the door that was going nuts, causing my dog to get very agitated. The lady did not address this dog that's freaking out and instead opened the door to let me in. There was yet another dog in a kennel in the lobby who started barking and again started riling up my dog. Again this lady did not seem to care about all this chaos and instead handed me a clipboard and told me in a snarky manner that the email address is written down and I need to fill out all the forms front and back. Since there was no place to go inside to fill these out where my dog would not be reactive, and I couldn't go back outside to the car because the other dog is going nuts in the window, I just said it wouldn't work out and left. My issue is if they care this little about 1) my dog's anxiety during this process and 2) the other dogs that are clearly stressed and freaking out, why would I trust them with my little guy? The bad attitude of the lady that was there was just the cherry on top. First impressions are important, and this place was very disappointing, and potentially dangerous for dogs that need some extra attention.
