You can tell the owner goes through her stuff and doesnt just throw it on the shelf and forget about it. It's a full little shop, but totally worth your time!

I know why they are calling it the Bloc! It's big! Everything was clean and so organized. The displays looked like they were from a cover of a magazine! Whoever is putting together each area has a true gift! Prices are far less than other places I have visited. I certainly have to stop back when I drop sizes and am due for a new wardrobe! I am going to get more bang for my buck at this place! The cashier was a huge help pointing me in the right direction, and I am a fan of those blue eyes! The founder of the place swung by and she checked to see if I was finding everything okay and let me loan a tape measure, also. I asked numerous questions and she was willing to answer everyone of them! Thanks! Means the world to know what the stores are all about! I can't wait to go back! Secondly and most importantly, this thrift shop exists literally to bless others. Each month, the store chooses a different organization to which the entire month's profits go. Not often do you find yourself in a store where they say they won't sell you an item they had for…read moresale. I had picked out a pair of boots that were on the shoe rack for sale but when I brought them up to the counter I told the gal that there was no price listed on them she said she couldn't sell them to me. She explained that because it lacked the tag information (to pay out to the correct consignment account) she couldn't sell me the boots and to come back on Monday. Okay I understand but shouldn't they have a policy in place to remedy this situation? Like a standard price for the shoe type and sort out the details later? Also the fact that she said "come back Monday" not "oh can I take your name and number?" Or "We can hold them for 24 hours (or whatever amount of time) after we notify you of their price" or even "I'll get the price and hold them and why don't you call on Monday and you let me know if you'll still take them" NOTHING. The gal that works here is really nice and all but that's just a super weird thing to be told at a store and then turned away. I asked my mom if she ever experienced this at her Krupkes location in Fergus Falls and she said that any time it has ever happened to her they have a price for her before she leaves the store and have never REFUSED to sell her an item. The only thing I can think is that this location doesn't have access to the same data or they literally don't care to have and contingency plan in place or even a notable sign that's says items missing tags won't be sellable on short notice. Their open hours 10-5 aren't even convenient for the average full time worker to stop in during the week. Fat chance of coming in on Monday even if I had the capability to.

I didn't have a lot of luck with finding stuff that fit me right (being a young adult between sizes) I admit I had a lot of stuff to put back so I asked if they had a rack or somewhere to put the clothes the lady (who I was told was the manager) had said either I put it back or they do and I was about to turn around and put it back when she was super rude and had me give it to her to put it back. when she saw the amount of stuff I had to put back she started body shaming me saying "are you seriously not gonna buy any of this" and "how does none of this fit you" along with getting 3 other people to help and saying all of these are XL and L's rudely, just general being mean I was stunned. she said the same things to my friend who was with me and I was seriously thinking about putting the stuff I was buying back and walking out but I know the proceeds go to a good cause supporting women. I thought about going back and telling her she should really think about how she talks to people because people talk and having younger people in your store is important for keeping another generation shopping at your store. I have talked to a few people and they agree they have almost always seen her being rude to people. I don't want to black list the store and not return but now I dont want to return and get treated the same way. Thank you for taking the time to read.

I reached out to them only to find out they sent my order to the wrong customer and that they had just received it back that morning. I was not made aware of this mistake on their end and instead of offering me some kind of compensation for their mistake, I was just basically told "sorry but not sorry". I had to be the one to reached out instead of them letting me know what happened. And on top of that, they want me to pay for the return label, since I had no use for the items any longer since the event that I needed them for had already passed and I had to buy a replacement to use for the event instead. My experience was not very happy and sadly I cannot and would not recommend this company. They are trying so hard to imply their return policy but the mistake was not on my end, I understand if I had bought and received my items and want to return them because I didn't like them nor didn't fit me. But that's not even the case. I never got the items and no longer need them as I had to go out of my way and do last minute shopping. Customer service is very bad they lack empathy and communication. If they would have communicated the situation to me, it would've been fine, but no I had to be the one to contact them and find out what happened to my order. I really regret having to waste my time on this company. Add on: no the company is NOT trying to make it right. They stand by their return policy when I am not returning the items. I don't want them. I don't need them. They still insisted on shipping the package after I refused them and want me to pay for return label that would be deducted from the refund when they're the one who made a mistake and sent my items to the wrong customer, in the first place. This is a very wicked and crooked company.
