They tried putting a new fuse in considering the last one was fried. When they put the new one in they didn't unplug any wiring and sparks went flying and still continued to tell me I needed a new head unit. They tried selling me systems that costed 520-820 dollars which was ridiculous. So I left went to AutoZone bought a new fuse unplugged the wiring for the subs and now they're working just how they always were. Overall these people are scammers and I wouldn't recommended anyone to them.

They even worked with me when I gave them the wrong sizing for the factory sub in the car, and was able to get a bigger sub installed to match the factory size. Spent about 3.5 hours at the store while their team did the install and was able to learn about all of their products and get some opinions on what worked well for my budget range and music tastes from a guy who listens to the same stuff. Planning to return to finish upgrading my aging audio hardware, and recommending them to anyone I know who asks. P.S. Unsure about the return policy, but they spent a fair amount of time explaining the warranty periods to me for my new equipment. Should be easier handling warranty issues if the product is purchased and installed at the store itself.

I had this beautiful ring that belonged to my grandmother that was missing the setting. I brought it in to put a new setting in it, which they did. They seemed to have mangled it a but, but I was okay with that. Then only the two weeks later the opal setting came loose. I brought it in for them to repair. They repaired it, but they took what I thought was most lovely and delicate and mutilated it!! In order to make the prongs to setting secure, they cut out the sides of the ring which was so dainty and ornate and left an ugly jagged hole in its place without calling to see of that was okay with me. They didn't charge me for the repair, but I am sure they were more than compensated for the time with the white gold they removed.

She was polite, she did good work, reasonably priced and delivered a finished product that I was satisfied with. I dropped off two uniform tops to her, and she was an open ear for me to explain what I wanted done. She paid attention to what I requested, explained what she would do and asked important questions relevant to how I'd want things accomplished. She even made time to do a quick fitting without an appointment. A few weeks later (at my own request, I wasn't in a hurry) she churned out a pair of great fitting pieces. What was the perfect touch for me, was that before starting on my clothes, she took the time to call and clarify a small question she had, and even double check before starting.
