CUSTOMER BEWARE !! The one star rating is the best this business will get. The owner, Ray Garcia,…read morehas got to be the worst business person that unfortunately is still in business. I purchased a new truck that was sent to his business to be fit out as an LED billboard panel truck. From the start of the building process, the communication with Ray was none existing. Because he would not return any calls or text messages, I was forced to contact the local police department in the town of his business to check on the business to make sure my first that was in his possession was not stolen. The police officer that checked on my truck, was told by Ray that "I was a pain in the ass" for checking on the progress of the truck. My requests from the start were never responded to, as if he didn't care about his customers. The final product on delivery was the worst I have ever seen. The final paint job shows drips throughout the truck and missed spots, as if a toddler painted this product. The truck is a month old and I have rust spots where it wasn't painted properly. The technology for the LED system is outdated without any instructions on how to operate. This company is unprofessional and not worth the money. I wish I didn't do business with Ray Garcia but it's not too late to warn future customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ‼

During the time this company had possession of my truck, there was no commination from the owner, Ray Garcia, on the completion process nor the date of the delivery. Because I received no responses from my phone calls, texts or emails on several occasions from Ray Garcia, I had to have the local police department due a visual check on his location and to assure that my truck was at the location. The communicate did not improve even after the police officer did the check on a concerned customers request, but stated to the officer that this customer "is a pain in the ass" as stated in the police report. The delivery of the truck from Utah to Florida was a nightmare. The week and days were changed many times without any explanation on Ray Garcia's part. My first look at the truck was disappointing as the paint job was so visually bad that I did not want to take delivery of the truck in that condition. There was paint drip throughout and showed signs of rusting, and now seven months later the fit out performed by Own Your Billboard company and Ray Garcia is a RUST BUCKET. Now we are having issues with the generator that is made in China and only have an operating manual printed in Chinese, which is useless. We will now take all avenues to make sure this business will be out of business.

In July 2025, I began working with Kamren Nielsen at Big Red Jelly regarding digital marketing for…read moremy company, DOA Pest Service. Kamren assured me that their team handled SEO and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns successfully in-house. I was initially hesitant to sign a contract because of prior negative experiences with agencies that failed to perform and then charged cancellation fees. Kamren repeatedly assured me that if I wasn't satisfied, the company owners would have "no problem letting me out of the contract with no financial penalty." Although this was not in writing, he emphasized it multiple times. Timeline and Issues * August 2025: I signed up for services at $1,995/month, with the clear understanding that we would have weekly meetings to review PPC and SEO progress. * I was assigned Cassandra as my point of contact. She was polite but unable to answer specific questions regarding our PPC campaigns or SEO strategy. * Despite repeated discussions, the team focused on producing minor marketing materials (e.g., a trifold brochure) instead of implementing or reporting on the SEO and PPC campaigns that were the main reason I engaged Big Red Jelly. When I raised these concerns, Kamren told me that my goals could not be achieved at the current rate and insisted that I double my monthly payment to $3,995/month. He stated this would provide direct access to Spencer, the PPC specialist, and include weekly meetings and full SEO implementation. I reluctantly agreed to the increase based on those assurances. The first week showed minor improvement -- I met with Spencer once via Zoom and felt optimistic. However, the following weeks returned to the same pattern of missed meetings and vague updates. When I requested an SEO report, I was promised one by September 27. After more than five weeks with the company, I finally received a document that: * Contained outdated data (May-June) * Included irrelevant information about Big Red Jelly's own SEO, not DOA Pest Service * Lacked keyword research, ranking reports, or any measurable metrics By late September, our cost per lead had reached $486, far exceeding acceptable performance levels. Spencer repeatedly canceled meetings, and there was no progress on either SEO or PPC deliverables. Cancellation and Unauthorized Charge At that point, I informed Kamren that I wanted to cancel our agreement and move on. Shortly after, I received notice of an unauthorized $3,995 charge from Big Red Jelly labeled as an "offboarding fee." This charge directly contradicts the multiple verbal assurances from Kamren that I would be allowed to cancel at any time without penalty if unsatisfied. Summary Big Red Jelly misrepresented its services, failed to deliver on agreed-upon work, and charged an unauthorized fee upon cancellation. Their actions have cost my small business both time and money -- resources that are critical for a growing company.
