My brother reached out to her regarding a bachelor party and a trip he was planning for his girlfriend. She was very dismissive and unresponsive to him. Told him in so many words that she had numerous people that she was sending off at the time and would get back with him. He emailed twice subsequently no response. So he planned a trip himself and myself and my spouse went. At the time the owner of this business was a social media friend so I knew she would assume we used another travel agent. Everybody was like noooo don't think that etc. so in attempts to rebook another personal vacation she now made up a fee $125 for her to look and if you book within 10 days you get your money applied if not or if prices not within your range you don't get your money back. In attempts to save her time priority for those ready to book ASAP as quoted by her. That was very shady seeing that I had to other people inquire the same week as I did and they did NOT receive this email. I never heard of a travel agent fee to look. She does NOT make you feel like a priority. She exudes a vibe of I'm busy. There is a good travel agent on every corner. You still have to make people a priority. And for the record we DID NOT use another travel agent he just booked through the resort after constantly being given the run around so I guess that made me guilt by association by going with him.

She managed everything--airfare, accommodations, transportation, and excursions--while patiently handling our ever-changing requests with grace and professionalism. We traveled to Oaxaca on 6/14/25 and experienced Monte Albán, Cuilápam, San Bartolo Coyotepec, Hierve el Agua, a street art tour, and a historic biking tour. She even left a full day open for us to explore on our own and truly immerse ourselves in the culture, which we loved. Our stay at Casa Bonita was perfect. From Oaxaca, we took a bus to Puerto Escondido and stayed at Punta Nayaa, which was beyond a dream--even better than the photos. During our travels, we experienced Hurricane Nicholas, power outages, and limited communication. Jennifer checked in whenever possible, ensured our safety, and canceled excursions so we had nothing to worry about. Her thoughtful touches--gifts, notes, and constant care--made us feel prioritized every step of the way. Despite the challenges, we came back refreshed, recharged, and already excited to book our next trip. Highly recommend Jennifer and Skyfire Travel!
