Cut down on the 30 minutes of song and dance; light shows and instruments. Stop putting your people in front of screens with recordings of rants, and counseling sessions. Pay for your followers to spread the word, instead of paying a 500k salary to your "top performer." My wife was baptized by your church. I am ashamed at how much you lost your message. When one of your leaders goes to his people, and says; "don't pray for my wife" about a lethal situation. You know there is a problem. Stop paying for shuffle board games, coffee shops, and things that distract us from God's message. Get back to the basics. Greed is a cardinal sin.
