Terrible manager, rude, lying about pounds of meat issued to us, short on both parties of 70 lbs., not helpful, not willing to go over, was on phone looking up sdsu prices and meat specs, had no clue of her own dealings. This place is a joke. Had her mom, butcher, and some random guy on his phone the entire time, all at front counter. Shorted us meat, 2 parties, had no remorse, had no caring if you had it or not. Definitely stay clear of this crap if a place. Opened up burger and was filled with chunks of white tallow you peeled out literally. Has old taste, sure we did not get what we brought in and shorted meat. 999 hanging..got about 190 lbs each, which we weighed...they Said they did not....Hung 28 days, stated on invoice 7. Helpful and honest staff! We have no complaints. We wanted a quarter of beef and they put us in contact with a local farmer looking to sell. We got everything we asked for and the way we wanted it. Definitely would recommend to anyone read more
