We waited almost 20 minutes for our coffees and biscuits to be ready, which was surprising given that the place was empty inside. Once the food and coffees were ready, it was all pretty tasty! Overall an aesthetically lovely place. Really I just have one tip: If I were the barista, I'd learn the difference between being rude and grumpy. You're never too old to learn new things! EDIT: the owner responded back saying nothing on the menu is $7 and that is correct, but I'm not sure why he must have forgotten that add-ins such as almond milk and vanilla syrup (which I got) add on to the drink price. Hands down, this was the best matcha I had in Fredericksburg!! There were seven of us, and since indoor seating is very limited we grabbed everything to go and enjoyed it while walking. I'm taking one star off for the service. During our visit, the staff didn't make much eye contact and seemed uninterested in answering questions which made the interactions feel really unwelcoming. I hate artificial flavors and cannot eat them, which makes getting fun drinks a challenge. When I come in, I like getting an iced lavender breve, or one of their special seasonal type of drinks on the menu. Their baked goods are also created fresh daily and have been tasty and rich whenever I have eaten there. I also feel the prices are fair for what you get. I can't wait to come back soon!!

The ice cream made with water buffalo milk is super thick, rich, and creamy! It was totally worth the one hour drive to give them a try. I believe it was $6.50 for one scoop and $8.50 for two. A little goes a long way and even the smaller one scoop cup is very satisfying.
