This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from, and I cannot recommend strongly enough that prospective tenants stay away.
I cannot share every detail publicly because the circumstances concern my privacy and personal safety. However, I was forced to leave my apartment early because I was a victim of domestic violence. I explained the situation to management and asked to terminate my lease without being financially penalized.
Despite knowing the circumstances, management refused to release me without penalty and forced me to pay to escape a situation involving my own safety. What should have been handled with basic compassion, discretion, and humanity was instead treated as an opportunity to enforce a penalty against someone already experiencing an extraordinarily traumatic situation.
I believe their handling of this matter was morally reprehensible, and it left me with serious questions about whether they complied with all protections available to victims of domestic violence. Because the legal and personal circumstances are sensitive, I will not go into every detail in a review. However, I stand completely behind this account of how I was treated.
This was already one of the most vulnerable periods of my life. Their conduct made it substantially worse. I found their response cold, callous, and devoid of even the most basic human decency.
If you are considering living here, understand that this is how management may treat a tenant who comes to them during a genuine personal crisis. No amenity or apartment is worth placing your housing, money, or personal safety in the hands of people capable of responding this way.
I would never rent from this complex again. I would never recommend it to anyone. Prospective tenants should think very carefully before signing a lease here read more
