(It was kinda an emergency). One thing I will say, during the winter due to uneven pavement in the parking lot ALOT of ice forms. I did fall one winter and it was a pain to have to be extremely cautious everyday. Also if you have a big car the parking spaces are narrow. Overall a great place for young couples or small families.

One of my favorite things about living here is the maintenance. They fix everything very quickly and the maintenance people are really nice, especially Chad. There is a private golf course behind us which is beautiful year round. Every apartment has a patio. The entire area is smoke-free. It's nice not seeing people smoke on their patios or in the parking lot and seeing the litter everywhere. So if you are a smoker, this is not the place for you. The pool here is also very pleasant in the summertime. They also have a work out room. I wish I utilized that more lol. My apartment is spacious and I love it. Lots of closets. The kitchen could use an upgrade but overall we are happy with the unit. It's usually very quiet. We get good internet service here. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I am a cat lover and to live here, I had to declaw my cats. I never wanted to declaw my cats because I think it is unnecessary and cruel. I tried explaining to the owners of the apartments (Hornig Company) and that if you provide scratching posts and and trim the cat's nails, cats will cause much less damage to the carpet than they may if you declaw them. Often cats act out and have a change in personality after enduring the trauma of being declawed. It's seriously cruel. Also, don't ever pay your rent late cause they will nail your ass to the wall. I was given almost zero information about where my packages would go, what the code to get into the building is and getting anybody to talk to me is virtually impossible.
