I contacted Mr. Green and he was very courteous, professional and helpful. I was 70 miles south of Florence and we created an action plan and we met at a location in Florence where we changed out my donut spare with a used full size tire to get me back on the road to Central New York. Great communication, professional, fair price and an old school work ethic where we sealed the deal with a handshake . There are still good hardworking people that can make a bad situation tolerable especially while traveling late along an interstate. Thank you Mr. Green. Job well done.

The cost of the work was $560. When I drove the car to work it ran ok but driving home the engine started "skipping" and I wasn't sure I would make it home. I took the car back "after hours" and left it and then called to leave a message about the problem. When Chris returned my call and I explained the problem he said he wouldn't have time to look at it until "next week." This was on a Friday morning. Chris became very defensive and cursed at me on the phone. I took the car to another shop and they found one of the coils was bad due to a Chris's error in spraying cleaner on the coils which caused it to malfunction. This could have been a simple fix if he had been kind enough to quickly check out the work he had done when I dropped the car off the second time. He obviously knew he had damaged the coil and didn't want to fix it. I had to take the car to another shop for repair which cost another $120. This place will cost you more money for what they mess up and they are EXTREMELY rude!!!

I didn't take care of it & didn't care to learn about how I should take care of my cars (I was 17 and stupid). When the computers malfunctioned and he took a look at it, he gained 100% of my business whenever possible because he told me he could fix it, but I'd be better off if I didn't pay him to & used that money to get a new car. He refused business because he's ethical & understands how much trust goes into him being the person people want to make sure they have a safe & reliable car.
