These guys seriously saved the day. They were the only tow truck able to come help me on Super Bowl night. I would still be waiting on a different tow that said would take 4 hours to get to me, rather than laying in bed about to go to sleep after a stressful tire blowout, writing this review. The guys were so kind and so reasonably priced to help me. They also were quick to send me receipt and encouraged me to file with my insurance so they would cover it. They even called me awhile later to make sure that I got to where I was headed safely. So so kind. Highly recommend. read more

Gator's towing is amazing! My husband and I hit something big on I95 and got two blowouts with cracked rims in a Tahoe at 2am! After making a few calls, Marshall from Gator's was the only one available to help! He came within 20 min and took us to a tire place he recommended that was 5 min from where we were stuck. He was also kind enough to bring us for coffee and bathroom trip knowing we would have a long wait until they opened in the morning!! He was our savior that night from a very scary situation. He was so kind and helpful! And his fee was very reasonable! We would absolutely recommend Gator's towing!! Thank you again!! read more

The tower quoted us a price of $75 but kept going up on the price because the car would not turn on.He called at 7:14 p.m when he made it to the car and said it would be $85. We agreed to pay. He then called back at 7:37 p.m to say it was a $200 job. We told him absolutely not. Made him aware that we have the $85.00 he quoted and that was all. He said he was on the way but he then never delivered our car to our home. We contacted him to see if he had gotten lost because it was now 9:37 p.m and we didn't receive any additional calls or updates from him. On the morning of March 23rd, 2024. We contacted the police. The police contacted him and he lied and said he bought the vehicle but no one was home. He then lied and said he called our phone and no one answered (no missed calls or voicemails from this man). He then lied and said we didn't give him our address (we did). How can you deliver a vehicle with no address? LIES.... we were home waiting on him to show. He now wants us to pay $255.00 for our car. I live on a dead end and I have cameras facing the road. He never showed and he would have had to turn around in my yard. It was raining and my thought is he didn't want to be in the rain. He took our car straight to his tow yard and is trying to get money out of us as if he actually made the tow. I contacted my insurance company to report the situation and make them aware of the fraud because we have roadside assistance which will reimburse us. We will not pay for a service that was never rendered. Please don't trust them. We will be making a civil claim.

If his debit machine worked I would not have had to have my car stored at his shop and could have left my car at my job. This tow company needs to be shut down!!!!

With all the rain we have had recently, we got stuck when we pulled to the side of the road and nearly flipped our truck on its side. A midnight call to Gator's Towing got a tow truck out to our location and we got out of a very bad situation. Gator's Towing was fast to respond, extremely kind and understanding.... all while charging us a very reasonable rate. Don't hesitate to give them a call. read more
