They said a previous rider stole this gun from a security guard and they'd tried to find it and could not. Well a 5 year old did. We wasted an hour plus trying to talk my family down - half didn't feel comfortable getting on the bus. What else could be in there?!?!? Then we had to drive to their office for driver to drop the gun. They did not reach out to me about the incident, I had to call them and they could not care less. They even wanted me to pay more money because we exceeded our time - because we wasted an hour plus dealing with this fiasco! To date they still have not reached out, etc. What a joke!!!
