The worst part though - He asked for a request list of songs that he could go off of to make his set list. When asked to get a preview of his set list, his response was "you'll have to trust me". That might be what is understood in the DJ world but when it came to the dancing music he played, I would have liked more of a say because it was not what we wanted to go for. So much so that no one really wanted to dance and at 8pm when I approached him with intentions to ask about what was going on with the playlist, he was not at his DJ stand but was playing with a fake animal toy around the children instead. He responded with "are y'all ready to dance?" - um YES! The whole point of having the DJ at a wedding is to have music to dance to. He began to play all of the songs we requested in a row instead of blending them with similar songs throughout the night. Later he told my now husband that the music we provided would only take up 45 minutes... if we needed to provide the whole playlist that's something we needed to know ahead of the event instead of "trusting him" to do his job. At that point in the night, neither of us wanted to dance and chose to socialize with our guests instead of participate in his less than what's considered good performance of DJing. I would not recommend him as a wedding DJ to anyone and would almost go so far as to actively warn people about this experience.

I have seen this girl come into a rather plain looking space and completely change the entire look and feel of it. I've seen amazing parties, wedding receptions, and various events. This woman knows what's up! I would be setting up the catering side for an event at the same time she and her crew was, Go home for the evening only to come back the next day for the event and be completely shocked. The things she can do with the right materials and a some lighting! Ive seen her FB photos and can tell you they are pretty accurate... I don't think there are any before and after shots but there should be... *disclaimer: I was just yelping around this evening when I looked up Angela Mazanti. I do not work for any catering companies anymore and haven't seen Angela in probably close to a year it seems like. I get nothing out of this review but the joy of promoting this lady's talent!

And her floral arrangements were stunning! The venue already had a lot of character, so the groom and I wanted a simple decor that complemented the space. Charese really listened to what we wanted and delivered. And the floral arch she designed was impeccable! Guest raved about how beautiful everything was. Charese was also very professional. She was always direct and honest with me during the planning process. And she meant business on wedding day! This was PERFECT for both the 4 year olds and 1 year olds (and even adults!). We had everything that we needed and they kept the line of communication open during the entire event! He came back with different material of sashes I was liking the organza and when I asked for the price the phone rang and he stopped talking to me and took the phone call and never returned to me. But part party connection got right on it and brought us the right size plates (late in the afternoon, too!) But they never complained about it and were eager to help us out! COLE IS THE MAN!…read more Cole Thannisch is a musician, singer, song writer who performed the final concert at "Concerts at the Collection" tonight. He was absolutely phenomenal. At 21, this young man has a tremendous stage presence and the talent of someone who has been performing for 30 years or more. When it comes to his music, he would appear to be somewhat of a perfectionist because we watched him spend 50 minutes adjusting his sound system while running back and forth to check the sound in various areas. He made sure that the sound was great from every single area of the venue, (a good sign). Cole has a varied repertoire of songs including some original material. We actually purchased his music prior to leaving because he just kept us engaged throughout his performance. Cole will be performing (with that rich soulful voice), throughout the area for the next month and his schedule can be found via his facebook page. We look forward to seeing him again before summer ends! GREAT SHOW!
