I tried City Tropics Tanning out for the first time since I have a wedding I'm in coming up. After…read moremy research, it looked like the most well-rated salon around and I didn't want to risk anything being it was a last minute decision to get a spray tan. To start: there's a parking lot and the place is easily marked. When I got in, Bella greeted me and took my info since I wasn't in their system. I didn't see it on the website, but the deal for a new customer getting a spray tan is 50% off so I only paid $20 (cash because credit card would incur a fee). Because I didn't want to get too dark, I opted for their lightest option. She explained it would spray on clear and I should rinse off between 1 and 3 hours so I don't risk it turning orange. From there, she walked me back to the VersaSpa room and showed me exactly what to do. I've gotten spray tans years ago so I'm a little familiar with process but having her show me everything and even demonstrate how to stand put my mind at ease. There's also signs in the room to explain the process and the machine talks to you and tells you exactly where to stand and what it's going to do (spray or dry). The entire process was super quick and seamless and I will definitely be returning for my next tanning need! Side note: the website does a great job as well explaining how it works and tips and tricks for developing the best tan.
