When I inquired what was so funny as I am simply trying to make sure I can pay for the services I am seeking. Tawny (office manager) said she is canceling my appointment and hanging up. Asked if I could speak to someone else as I felt that the manager was not understanding my request. My request was denied, and the manager hung up on me. Very unprofessional and degrading experience.
