Worst spray tan ever... machine was like clogged and I got an uneven tan right before my wedding

Couldn't be more pleased with this business. I recently purchased a 30 day membership, which was extremely reasonably priced compared to other tanning salons in Vegas, especially considering the convenience of having 24 hour access. The customer service from both the front desk worker with the adorable (Southern?) accent and the manager is top notch. There was an issue getting me set up for access to the salon after staffed business hours due to my phone number initially being input incorrectly- no big deal, we all make mistakes. But this gave me a couple issues the first time I tried to tan after work at midnight. The front desk worker was very kind and patient with me while explaining the policies when I first signed up, and when I had to call back a few times due to the phone number issue he was super patient and helpful. The manager not only solved the issue, she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service is 10/10. The salon itself is clean, the beds and linens are clean, and they leave a lifesaver candy on the fresh towels in every room which is a cute and personal touch. They even provide eyewear for people who don't have their own, which I've never seen any other tanning salon offer. I've only used the beds so far but I look forward to getting a spray tan during their staffed business hours. read more

I came here because it literally says online "Always Open, 24 hours a Day, 7 Days a Week" it's not until you get here that you can only come if you're already a member and to become a member you have to come during the limited staff hours that are not posted online and taped on the door. Cherre and Derrick are awesome! I was shopping around for a place with both tanning and red light therapy and had gone to a few places comparing beds and prices. When I walked in I was happily greeted by Cherre and Derrick. I came in toward the end of the day (5pm) and knew they were unstaffed after 5:30p but they took their time with me and were so helpful. I was really just going in to understand their pricing and options but ended up buying a membership, doing a red light and tanning session. They were so helpful and friendly, not only did they know their stuff for tanning and red light, Cherre even recommended some balm to help with my cracking heels. The beds and rooms were clean and they provided towels, eye protection and even lotion (since I came unprepared). They took their time and walked me through the process to come back after hours and were just delightful. A wonderful experience and look forward to going back for my next tan and red light session! Ba-ba-busted!!! Keep reading. This is where I currently have money on the books to tan so I am on their email list. Yesterday they sent out emails to all of their members saying: WRITE A REVIEW- GET TWO WEEKS OF UNLIMITED TANNING FREE. I don't pay attention and go on with my day working and living a totally awesome life. Today I have seen two orange heads post 5 star reviews for this place and I'm on fire about it. Here's mine. 24-7 Tan get 2 spray tanned stars only because their prices cannot be beat. I'm not going to tell you what they are because I don't remember. I just know it's hella hella cheap. BEDS- The beds are clean because, guess what? You have to clean your own bed! I'm alright with that cuz at least I know what I'm laying in if you catch my drift. It still would be nice to have them just be clean. FYI the beds are old and aren't the fancy ones with fans or radios from what I recall. Also no mirror in the rooms. BULBS- I have been tanning for years and my body can tell when the bulbs have been changed and I can safely say I have never had that feeling here. They aren't being changed enough. STAFF- The owner is an older lady who is nice. I will give her that. The young girls that work there are pretty and sweet like every other cheap tanning place. Since there are no fans or stereos in the rooms I once heard an entire personal phone conversation of how the girl did five hits of acid the night before and she didn't know what kind it was, but she was so messed up. I'm pretty sure she shouldn't be doing five hits of acid let alone having that conversation on the phone while she's working. Not professional. CHECK-IN SYSTEM- It's the fingerprint security thing that alot of stores are using these days. Only problem is my finger NEVER reads right so I don't get in! UGH. This means I can only for sure tan when Acid Girl is there! Not convenient. Nothing about this place screams FIVE STARS to me. The email and fake reviews has turned me off completely. A co-worker referred me to this place. As a first time indoor tanner, I was skeptical on how it worked. The staff here is very friendly and willing to explain to you how the process works if you're unfamiliar with indoor tanning. The lady that helped me offered to have me try a bed out since I was new to it, and walked me through the facility and the procedure of how it works. I'm in love with how clean this tanning salon is. You are required to sanitize the beds before and after use, and have eye protection submerged in disinfectant solution after each use. The rooms have locks on them for privacy, and this place is operated for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so they have a neat system of looking up your fingerprint with your information to be able to tan even when they are closed. Another big advantage is the convenience to come whenever you wish! You are allocated a maximum of 20 minutes per day in the beds. One thing I like about them is they are big on tanning bed safety. While the receptionist was unable to give me a consultation on how long a day I should tan, the labels on the tanning beds themselves explain how many minutes you should tan depending on your bed type. Following the label, I haven't burned yet so far (and am fair skinned). The cheapest tanning lotion here is $10 and works fairly well (but I choose to bring my own in by choice). Most of their other ones are slightly overpriced, but they also have a vending machine in the lobby to buy sample packs if you're interested in venturing to other tanning lotions. Im in love. A fully automated tanning salon in my favorite part of the city. The pricing is fantastic. The staff was super helpful at getting me set up to be able to use the salon after normal business hours. The ability to tan at 3am? Im sold! You enter the facility with a fingerprint and choose your bed and time with the same. Yes, it is self cleaning but I have ALWAYS whipped down a bed before I get in and after I leave anyway, so this is no change for me. The doors lock and the rooms are private (not just short walls where you can hear everyone else in the building like most salons). I like to use my iPhone as a little boombox and put it by my head while I am tanning. The private room enables me to do this comfortably without the fear that I may be disturbing others with my music. I purchased 5 sessions today but know that I will end up going monthly. Fantastic prices, convenient hours. Ive used many tanning salons over the past ten years and can honestly say that this is the first one I have ever been excited about. read more

I am new to Henderson. I was looking at different businesses on Yelp and on Groupon and saw the red light treatment at Starshine and decided I wanted to come in and see what it was about and maybe get a quick tan (Cali wasn't super hot before I left lol). I met Joe when I walked in. What an awesome young man. When I came in he was mopping. He stopped right away and greeted me with a smile. I told him I was new to Henderson/Las Vegas and asked him about the red light therapy beds. He went right in to explaining how the beds work. He gave me a tour of the entire facility and not only explained the red light, but explained how all the beds worked, what kind of tan you would get, and the benfits. He went over packages with me and single visits. I tried the red light and loved it. Its really warm and leaves you feeling relaxed. I loved that he took the initiative to explain stuff to me, things I didn't even ask about. On my second visit I met Lana, the new owner. Omg. I love this lady! She is like a hot tinkerbell, lol. She is warm, sweet and super down to earth and funny. She made me feel like I was a visitng friend, not just another customer. Mind you, when I came in, she was cleaning, just like Joe was. I love that! Its not a brand new facility, but its clean, smells good and the beds are clean and super easy to use, and you can tell the bulbs are good. They also have a 24/7 option which is rare. I haven't tried this yet, but I'm impressed and happy to have that option if I want to go late. It's hard sometimes to get to any business during regular business hours between work, kids, LIFE. LOL. A lot of tanning salon employees seem to judge men when i walk in and i typically feel uncomfortable. that is not the case here! they make me feel so welcome and they explained all the memberships throughly, gave me a tour of the salon, and explained after-hours rules to me kindly. I love the concept of being able to go whenever I want. This works so well with my schedule. However if you are trying to get in after staffed hours it takes at least 20 different times to get your finger print to work on the door. Especially not fun when it's 100 degrees outside. No need to pay for a membership you'll get a tan waiting outside just trying to get in. Then once you are in it takes a few other attempts to get your finger to work on the computer to set up your bed. Great beds, staff is pretty nice. Just wish they update the technology to get in. Went yesterday to Starshine 24/7 to check it out. Joey was there - he's one of the nice young men that work the front desk, and new owner Lana was there. Joey gave me a tour of the salon and he and Lana gave me a rundown of all the services they offer. The salon itself could use a few mirrors in the tanning rooms, and is not the most glamorous of salons, but I was impressed with the staff and services offered. I think the tanning packages are fairly priced, and I signed up for the $85/month deal, which is unlimited beds and I think 6 spray tans a month. I used their Red Light therapy bed, level 2 tanning bed, and finished with a spray tan. Oh. And best part....they are a 24/7 salon which means I can use the tanning beds at midnight if I want to! They use fingerprint scan for entrance into the salon. Overall, great experience. read more

I was at 24/7 tan for the first time in over a year because that is the salon that I use when I come to stay with my family during my yearly Vegas winter visit. Ownership & name has changed and it shows. I used to work at a tanning salon and this is one of the few salons I have seen in the Vegas area that has a pure high pressure bed. They were just getting it set up recently and building the room when I came in but I am using it next time for sure I love those beds. The lotion prices were amazing the owner said she had to keep her prices within a few dollars of Amazon to compete so I got an extra bottle to bring home. The staff also told me about the red light machines so I went ahead and got an unlimited package and got some color I had planned on just using the red light machines to enhance my tan but even only being in town for a few weeks one of my students actually noticed a diminishment in my fine lines when I got home from my visit so I hope to find a place here that offers red light! The owner offered me a discount on the infra slim machine because they had just bought it and needed to train their employees on how to use it. You do have to lay in it awhile 30-40 minutes and while I didn't expect much I did one session and lost almost an inch off my waist. The employees seemed very nice and from what I saw in my few weeks there the salon was clean it is not super fancy because it is 24-hour operation but there are some nice decorative touches and the computers all worked fine for me will definitely be back next time I am in town and I was glad to get in while they were adding things so I could get a really good deal on trying them out. read more

I like the connivence of this place, but I have had an issue a couple times trying to pick a room someone else picks the same one, and it bumps me out and I end up not being able to tan. Watch out for that. Also it seems like out of the 2 stand up beds one is always down. The door has been stuck open when I've been late at night, which doesn't make me few safe at all. I would say pick this place for the conscience of 23 hour tanning. I would say this place could use a HUGE facelift and better customer service. read more

A great salon for a great price! I had a hard time finding a tanning salon to fit my hours. I work until 3-4 AM and until I found 24-7 TAN, I had a hard time finding time to tan because of my schedule. Now I can go anytime - even at 4 AM. It's like having my own tanning salon... and the specials they have are unbelievable. I signed up for their $10/mo unlimited tanning special. I usually pay $10 for one single tan anywhere else! She is a delight not to mention extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the services they offer. I use the Red Light Therapy as well as the stand up tanning bed.
