Finally, the pizza experiment of the haute cuisine Rossbarth restaurant has become a permanent establishment. Gourmet pizzas on the highest possible level - a small selection of perfectly crafted Neapolitan-style pizzas. The truffle pizza is to die for - to me the best pizza in the country. But also their other selections are good. Don't look for your Cardinale or Pizza Hawaii - the selection here is more sophisticated. Think mushrooms, Jerusalem artichoke and hazelnut oil.
