Fantastic new pizza establishments from a bunch of young guys that really know what they're doing. They make their own, slow-fermented Neapolitan dough and bake it off to perfection in their Italian pizza oven at high temperatures. The pizzas look just like in Naples and would make any Italian jealous. In fact, it is better than any of the traditional pizza establishments in the state - to the point that the locals sometimes find the pizzas here odd. Well, the crowd in Linz has to be slowly weaned off convenience pizza made from industry instant dough. You will not find any of this here - just three or four choices of perfectly made Neapolitan Pizza in a young, refreshing environment. Always a pleasure to be here. The daily specials are worth trying too, for example last summer they expertly smoked brisket - but later stopped because, again, the conservative crowd in Linz didn't understand getting out of their culinary comfort zone and nobody bought it.
