I thought we'd package it together but he said he'd do it later. I paid, got my receipts and left. Then I got an email and call from Nintendo and they said an empty package arrived to them. Nintendo is investigating for theft. So either the employee stole my son's switch or they packaged it up and it was stolen in route to Nintendo. Luckily Nintendo is going to replace the switch and I'm filling a claim with ups and reporting the store. My son is attached to his stuff. And even though he's getting a new one, he's upset because he just wants his stuff. I really really don't like thieves. I'm not accusing this store but it didn't feel right not seeing my sons switch packaged up. I should have demanded to see them package it because now I have no idea if it was ever in the box. At least if I saw them package it up I'd know it wasnt someone at the store who stole it. Nintendo told me they received a perfectly packaged unopened box with nothing in it but padding. They installed the wrong film twice during the warranty process and tried to say the tint was "old," when it was actually the wrong product. Most recently, the tint was redone again this weekend, and within just a few days the driver-side window is already peeling (see photos). They kept my car all day and had me pick it up after hours when it was dark, making it difficult to properly inspect the work. What was most concerning was a racial comment made to me when I was leaving. The owner said that "Black guys have pulled a gun on him before" and implied he thought I might do the same. That was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I recommend reading the Yelp and negative Google reviews before trusting this business with your vehicle.
