Then we spent a lot of time "tinkering" with it to make it perfect and she always came up with creative ideas to accomplish what we wanted. Whenever there was a problem on the job site and we needed her, she was always there. Her attention to detail and making sure the house was finished to perfection was outstanding. I wish I could build another house with her! We had such a great experience with Cheri that we decided to use Brick Owens, Landscape Architect from NSPJ for our landscape design. We didn't feel we could tackle it on our own since it was such a big job. He too was easy to work with and came up with great ideas for our different areas to keep them interesting for us all year long. And he let us cherry pick the best ideas from 5 different plans to make one plan that we really liked for a major area. Now that particular area is the show piece of our yard. Really they are both fantastic and both my husband and I had a great experience with them and anyone else we came into contact with at their firm. I enjoyed especially the fact that they were both so personable and easy to exchange ideas with and that in the end, we got both the house and landscape that we dreamed of.

I would not recommend them to anyone. I have a new build in 2023 in KC North over $1M had so many problems, especially with concrete foundations. They do their site work then pour concrete and wait for years to restart their project. The ground can settle during that period and cracks can develop. Consequently water leakage happened from their foundation walls and base. It's been a nightmare & horrible. They don't care after one year. They've used so many lousy subs. The company does not supervise much at all over their subs. They have so many homes spread out KC North but not supervising much. The house look OK exterior wise then lousy workmanship inside like Plumbing, Foundation, the sheetrock walls, Uneven Basement Floors, some I can mention here. The Sheet rock Walls Over Mantle above the Fire Place were not even straight up and not lining correctly with ceiling. I understand there's no perfect house. However this company is beyond my description. I had many sleepless nights in this house worrying what else could go wrong. I absolutely do not recommend to any buyers.
